A few days ago
"Illyria, please! You're gonna fall!" There I was walking on a small wall next to a river with my overly-protective friends who knew nothing of my animatic gifts, they knew I was that crackhead friend who wanted to live her life to the fullest!

Since moving out here to Japan away from my father's work in Gotham, all I was allowed to know was that he worked for some kind of 'secret service' which I wasn't allowed to be apart of.

As a kid I'd binged watched so many shows and read so many mangas, I could become practically anyone but my favourite had to be Hanako the bathroom ghost! Or at least his form and abilities. My ability also allowed me to jump into any anime world, that's sort of why I used hanako's form so often, he said it was okay!

"Oh c'mon guys, I'll be fine! Everything's fine on a Friday!" My aim everyday was just to make them laugh, it was days like this that I thanked my lucky stars that I was able to take Japanese in high school. It had always been my dream to be some kind of animator or artist out here, small time or big time, I didn't care! I just wanted to draw all the adventures I'd ever been on

Part of the reason that I moved out here was because I knew my parents were faking accepting the fact that their daughter was a huge lesbian - I heard the arguments every night but my animated friends were always there for me, and since I started living out here - I've only felt closer to them

I was one of those girls who waved their flags proudly no matter what they were! I believed being me was best, and if I couldn't be me in my own skin...I'd just temporarily borrow a 2D one with consent of course, they were still my friends after all!

I could also let them posses my body in this world, so it was a two way street really? Although if I did that, I usually got a migraine after depending on how long they were inside me for, and what they did with my body. Most of them let me step in any time in case I didn't like what they were doing but there were some characters that I wouldn't let near me even if they were in a hazard suit...Mineta

"Ria, when do you plan to go back to America? To Gotham?" I stopped in my tracks trying to find an answer that wouldn't impact their day neither negatively or swaying them to their own secluded choices "umm, I'm not sure. I've never really thought about going back, I mean - most of my life is here!"

We danced in the streets laughing our heads off at the pure joy of life, this was my home! Well technically, I had many homes in the 2D universe but this was the place I was supposed to be right now, in this body, in this mindset

Apparently according to Bakugo, I always smelt like strawberry milk or something which was weird considering he only said that after his mom suspected we were going out since we were partnered for a project, we didn't even go to the same school for a start! But let's just say Mitsuki keeps trying to drag me back for dinner and Bakugo wasn't having any of it so for the present time until he got things sorted with 'mommy dearest', I was asked to stay out of the 'Boku no hero academia' universe despite how fun it was...

I'm aware I talk about Hanako a lot but he's different from all the others to me. In that world, I'm not the only one who's theoretically not meant to be there, and we're super close! I usually pop into the bathroom at least once a week to see how everything's going and drop him some donuts while we talked for a few hours, sure he teased and taunted me but he knew I wasn't into guys so it was just a pure joke and nothing more but I don't think anyone could replace what the four of us shared!

"Ria, you're zoning out again!" My friends had actually convinced themselves I had a multiple personality disorder after Captain Levi took over my body for a few hours without warning, let's just say my apartment had never looked so clean, and I always got an earful every time I visited him about how 'dirty' it was.

But it was home...
