chapter 1

Chapter One 

*ASHLEY’S P.O.V*

if you don’t me my name is Ashley Johnson, I am the most popular girl in school even though Mia Jones is more popular then me, although i really do think i am the most popular. I have got 3 Best friend, firstly there is Jessica smith everyone calls her jess for short, secondly there is Lucy hale we just call her Lucy and last but not least Mia Jones the Queen bee. 

This story starts 3 months before my 16th birthday. I picked up my NEW iphone 6 and dialled in jess’s number and pressed call, the phone kept ringing and ringing until she finally picked up. “HEY, jess i thought you were never ever ever going to pick up” 

“Sorry my brother was playing candy crush on my phone” I rolled my eyes in disbelief as it was attempt of an excuse for another thing that took her so long to answer.

“Yeah, right i thought your brother was in america with his dad” Her brothers dad had him for a month because he hadn't seen him in a year. 

“Wait, he is then who was playing candy crush on my phone" I glanced off into the distance getting distracted as she uses this excuse every time I call her. "Oh shit" I jumped with fright as jess screamed and I heard a thump.

"Jess, jess r u there what's wrong” she wouldn't answer me so i was wondering what was wrong.

"What was that...." I heard this familiar manly voice when the phone line cut.

*JESS’S P.O.V*

The door shut as my parents walked out of the house, yes, I'm home alone like most nights as my parents work a lot. I grabbed my phone off the coffee table and unlocked it there on the background was a picture of my big time JUSTIN BEIBER, his hair looked so good today like everyday, I had gotten distracted and I need to get back on track, so I started texting axel about coming over tonight, he replied 'be there soon babe😘' 

I turned my phone off and put it on the coffee table. and looked off into the distance until I was rudely, no romantically interrupted when the door bell rang. I skipped over to the door and opened it, there standing in front of me was Axel he was looking so good tonight. I grabbed his shirt and pulled him towards me and kissed on the lips. We stumbled still kissing over to the couch and at that moment my phone rang he wouldn't let me move from that dreamy kiss but I had to answer the phone, "hang in a minute babe I have to get this" I stood up and straightened my clothes and  picked up my phone.

“HEY, jess i thought you were never ever ever going to pick up” I needed to make an excuses fast so I told her that my brother was playing my phone not thinking about anything but axel. but the only bad thing about it was that i was a really bad lier.

"Yeah right I thought your brother was in America" OMG, I was so busted she was going to kill me if she found out about…

“Wait, He is then who was playing candy crush on my phone" I could see axel staring at me if only I could know what he was thinking. I bet it was I have the best looking girlfriend in the whole entire world. But suddenly he grabbed my waist and pulled me onto him ,"oh shit" I screamed as I dropped my phone and watched it shatter. Without thinking I slapped him in the face, I could see the pain in his eyes. i really didn't mean to i wasn't thinking, but then again he did smash my phone, ERG! he was just so cute. 

"what was that for” I really couldn't resist those adorable lips of his, I started kissing him because I had no words, I stopped for a minute.

"Im sorry" i apologised as i probably hurt him. I looked at me the clock it was already 8pm "Omg you have 5 minutes to get out of here before my parent come home" he jumped up and ran out of the house. if only he had a car he would be able to drive himself. He ran home that was the last time I saw him that night. 

*Axel P.OV*

As I ran out of jess's house I ran into my rugby team doing laps around the oval. "Johnson your late don't just stand there join us, stay after training” coach was angry tonight it may have been because I was late and I'm the captain of the team. 

Everyone finished training but i was still there doing laps as i had arrived there late because I was at Jess’s house, i really should have called a sick one, as i ran past everyone doing the warm down brandon yelled out to me “have fun sucker” and then he got up and went to his brothers car like and then left. I wish i could just beat him up and he would never even think about bothering me again

As I finished up training I grabbed my stuff and decided to go home. As I got home my mum and sister were on there phone. "Hello I'm home" They both put down their phone and just starred at me. It was at that moment I say the look on my mums face saying that I was in trouble. but i tried to walk myself right out of it like every other time i had arrived home late.

"Where have you been?" She glared at me with her evil eyes digging into my soul. peering into the truth but then i stopped her by feeling relaxed not tense.

"I was at a friends..wait no rugby training" Ashley pulled me away out of the room. now i really new i was in trouble because this was the first time in ages she had pulled me away to save me well at least I thought so.

"Ha ha ha very funny where were you? I know you turned up late Brandon asked when you were going to arrive.i’m not stupid" She looked up at me with her blue eyes, I feel for her spell, she was just so little eve though i was her twin. I didn't want to hurt her.

"Ok, fine I'll tell you I was at jarred house” I saw her grabbed her phone she dialled someone's number in..

"Hey Jarrad.. Yes...ummm sort of..so I was wondering if axel was ever at" I tackled her onto my bed she hit her head on my bedside table "oww" I quickly jumped off her, I saw her slide onto the ground she wasn't moving.

"Ha ha Ashley stop playing a joke" I said as I shook her and got no response that was when i had noticed blood all over my bed and all over the floor I so worried "mum" and she came running in. I am not a good big brother i had tackled my sister and now she is unconscious I was meant to be like her father to her but no im like an annoying brother not one that supports her, I am a jerk.
