Harry's memories were fragmented, like shards of a broken mirror, reflecting moments of his early childhood. He remembered the gentle sound of his mother's voice and the warmth of her hug. But as he grew older, he realized that his parents were not the loving figures he had imagined.

His mother, it seemed, was a demanding and fearsome woman, not the kind and caring figure he had envisioned. His father, too, was not the loving and doting parent he had hoped for but someone who often scolded him.

Strange occurrences had always surrounded Harry, and it wasn't until he met his parents that he understood the reason behind these inexplicable events. He was a wizard, and magic was a part of him, even if it took time to adjust to this newfound reality.

His life had not been exciting; he had spent time in an orphanage, subjected to mistreatment and abuse by Muggles. Then, at some point, he was kidnapped by a group associated with some kind of order. His parents had tried to find him, but they only succeeded when he was nine years old.

Upon his return home, Harry's mother instructed him to apply a purple cream to his lightning bolt scar, making it disappear. She also gave him magical contact lenses to correct his eyesight, but they changed his bright green eyes to a dark brown, resembling his mother's.

Harry was accustomed to this new appearance, but he kept his original glasses and would wear them at night, looking at his true self in the mirror.

One day, he discovered he could change his hair color and style with a mere thought. This newfound ability allowed him to practice altering his appearance, and he became proficient in changing his hair to various colors and styles. He could even alter the shape of his nose and the color of his eyes to some extent, but he kept this secret from his parents.

Harry was homeschooled, as his parents were against him attending Hogwarts. They provided him with a tutor and a wand from a German wand maker when he turned ten. His tutor was knowledgeable, though not fond of Harry's parents, and Harry grew close to him despite the tutor's one-week leave every month due to health issues.

Harry finally asked his tutor, whom he now called Remus, why he didn't like his parents. Remus explained that they had opposing views on a person who had sought to reform the wizarding world. Harry learned about the Dark Lord, his atrocities, and the supporters who saw him as a savior. Harry was encouraged to read two books that presented different perspectives on the Dark Lord's rise and fall.

As Harry read, he was horrified by the Dark Lord's actions and the brutality of his Death Eaters. He felt a deep sense of shame knowing that his parents bore the Dark Mark on their arms, signifying their allegiance to this evil cause. Harry's perception of his parents was shattered; they were not the good people he had hoped for but individuals who had committed terrible deeds.

Now, Harry grappled with the realization that he was living with these monsters, his own parents, even though they had never loved him and had mostly ignored him. His world had shifted, and he was uncertain about how to navigate the darkness that had been unveiled within his own family.
