Hey this song will go with the chapter I'll let you know when to start playing it.

Chases pov

Wait a minute.

Why does it smell like luck (luck is the fictional drug it's basically like molly coke oxy and weed had a baby and HIGHLY ILLEGAL with a fruity smell)

"Where are you going shouldn't we be getting out of here" said someone I don't really care.

"Yeah hold on" i say while walking into the next cart.

Oh.
My.
Fucking.
God.

The room is filled with boxes and crates filled with uncut luck. Whoever kidnapped them must be working with the suppliers I've been trying to find.

"Dad are you seeing this shit?"

"Yup. Pack some up so we can try and trace it" he said while slurping ramen. Damn I'm jealous :(

"Ok. How?"
"Uhhhh I dunno"
"Oh my god ok I'll just put some on my pokets-"
"NO! That's uncut if you touch it with your barehands you'll get a high and begin the six stages"
"Oh shit you're right I'll put on my gloves"

A/N start playing the song here

*quick jump to a science classroom*
"Hello class, it's me professor chase. Wanna know what happens during the stages?"
"..." *awkward silence *
"Uhhh I'll take that as a yes"

The six stages begin like this

Stage one- starting off
You can snort, smoke, inject, or eat it doesn't matter. Once you do this you start to feel lightheaded
Stage two- high/ hallucinations
The dopamine starts producing in your brain and you start to hallucinate good or bad you can't escape.
Stage three- pure bliss
Once the dopamine hits you start feeling pure ecstasy and your senses are high tend (a/n is that the word?)
Stage four- heart attack
Your heart starts beating faster and faster while your brain slows down
Stage five- wearing off
Since your heart is beating faster the dopamine wears off and you'd want to do anything to get it back
Stage six- crazy
You start hyperventilating and having anxiety attacks while your body starts to wonder why the sudden shortage. And then it's gone. You come back breathing heavily and the drug is highly addictive.

There have been so many overdoses because people will do anything to get that feeling back.

The overdose leads off of stage six like this

Stage seven- relapse
Oh no hear we go. After stage six your mind starts to numb. You won't be able to differentiate between a want and a need to get that high back. You need it, or do you want it
Stage eight- naw the drugs don't work anymore
you take it again yet you can't get the same results so you pop it in again. There you go.  Twice the dose in one sitting trying to make up that first dose.
Stage nine- oh you've done it now
Your heart starts beating faster and faster up to 220 bpm and you can't control it.  Your body starts shaking and you don't know what to do.
Stage ten- higher than a nose bleed
It's getting worse. You have flashbacks of your life the good, the bad, the happy and the sad. While your heart keeps going. You start to regret it.
Stage eleven- mistakes
You realize what the fuck you've done and there's no going back. You start trying to fix it but you can't the damage has been done. You start to shake faster and your mind melts into tar.
Stage twelve- what's your life worth?
You wanted to feel something and now you've sacrificed your life for it. All those years and boom it's gone. You'll be dead within the next ten minutes as your organs start to slowly shutdown. It's sad it came to this.

"Got it? Good"
"Wait what's dopamine"
"I- are you fucking serious we went through that whole- ugh nvm here quick dopamine lesson i guess"

"Dopamine is a chemical sort of hormone produced in your brain. You know that feeling when you get congratulated? Yup that's what it is. Over time you need more to get the same feeling"
"That's why they overdose they don't know what's happening all they do is feel the bliss it's all fun and game til you hit the floor overdose."
