I just stood there.  Tears streaming down my face, sobs leaving my mouth, knees buckled, and heart torn.  I did not understand in that moment how much he cared.  I was not the only one hurt by my actions.  Those around got deep wounds too,  just because I liked this guy.  This irresistible, interesting, intelligent man.  That does not know I like him or even that I exist.  My heart clenched at that thought and more sobs slipped passed my lips.  Last week I went to talk to this god of a man.  I sit behind him in my third period class so I had a reason to talk to him.  Unfortunately he did not even look at me when I asked if he knew what we did yesterday.  I said a small thanks and did the assignment.  Who knew your mind could wander so much because next thing I knew class was over.  I had one more chance at lunch to approach him.
