"ᴛʜᴇʀᴇ's ɴᴏ ᴍᴇᴅɪᴄɪɴᴇ ʏᴏᴜ ᴋɴᴏᴡ ᴛʜᴇ ᴄᴜʀᴇ"
Kairi looked down at his notes again making sure that the words he wrote down with his fancy mechanical pencil made since. The boy huffed rolling his polyester pink sleeves up so that he could write another quote on quote introduction of himself when he got to the police station.
This would be Kairi's first real job as a interviewer, and he wanted to do a great job so that he could make his parents proud for once.
"K-KAIRI" the boys roommate yelled. "O-oh shit s-sorry" Kairi said getting snapped out of his trance. "Still getting flashbacks" the girl asked sitting on the couch next to the boy. "No Mia I'm fine" the boy lied with a smile. "Kairi we've been best friends since we were five you really still think that I'm fine shit works" She asked with a sympathetic look on her face. "Okay I may not be fine now, but trust me I will" the boy said placing a hand on her hand holding it tightly to reassure her. "Now that's the spirit" Mia said with a bright smile.

"Okay first of all you look amazing, second of all you have been training for this since you were what like twelve baby you got this, and you don't understand how god damn proud of you I am okay" Mia explained to the boy who sat in the Tesla next to her. "Thanks Mia I appreciate it" the boy said as he pulled down his grey skirt that fitted his bottom half amazingly. "Now go kick some ass" the freckled girl said with a laugh that made Kairi smile.
The boy got out of the car making sure he had all his papers, and shut the door. "Don't fall in love with a criminal" Mia said playfully making Kairi giggle as he walked into the police station.
Little did they both know this was gonna be one hell of a love love story.
