An annoyed groan came out of Jungwoo when his phone wouldn't stop ringing next to him on the night stand. He sleepily rolled over and squinted at the called ID. But when he saw who it was, his attitude melted away. "Mommy! Hi!"
"Good morning honey," She said into the phone sweetly. The sound of his mother's voice just seemed to wash away any of the adversities bothering him right now. If he closed his eyes, it almost felt as if it was just another morning years ago when he was still in high school. "I know this is sudden, but do you want to come home for dinner tonight? We just miss you so much."
"I'd love to come home tonight," he mumbled into the phone, letting himself fall backwards into the soft pillows on his bed.
"Tough week?"
He sighed, "Not necessarily tough, just kinda confusing."
There were a couple seconds of silence before he heard small sniffles on the other side of the phone. "Oh gosh...these darn emotions. We'll talk all about your week tonight, honey, I have to go before I get too worked up. I love you!"
"I love you too mommy!" He squeaked before hanging up.
Glancing over and Seonghwa's bed, he pouted when he remembered that his roommate slept over at Hongjoong's last night. He was going to go back to sleep so he could pass some time, but then he got an idea.
"I'll go bother Lucas!" Jumping up, he ran over to his closet and carded through the pieces of clothing hung up nicely.
He picked out a nice warm outfit since was a pretty cold morning. After getting dressed, he sat down at his vanity and did some simple makeup to enhance his features. Of course he added a final touch of strawberry lipgloss to complete the look. After winking at himself, he grabbed his phone and headed to Lucas's dorm.

It was quite embarrassing how exhausted Jungwoo was just from walking across campus as he spent hours dancing almost every day.
He knocked on the door a few times before just standing there awkwardly. However, when the door opened, Jungwoo's breath hitched at the sight.
Lucas was standing on the other side of the door, shirtless while panting slightly. There were a pair of sweatpants loosely resting on his hip, the strings were tied cutely in a little bow. "Shit...did I forget plans or something?"
The elder gulped, his eyes seemingly stuck on Lucas's perfectly sculpted body. "U—Uhm no...I was just bored," he stuttered, eyes still lingering on the man's abs. "So whatcha doing?"
"Hendery left earlier this morning so I was working out."
"Oh—I can come back later then or whatever."
Lucas quickly shook his head, "No, I was just finishing up anyway. Let me shower real quick?"
Still in a trance, Jungwoo just nodded in response. He stepped into the the room and sat on the younger's bed. When he heard the shower start, he whipped his phone out of his pocket and dialed somebody's number.
"Oh, hey Jungwoo wha—"
"Johnny you didn't tell me Lucas had such a nice fucking body!" He hissed into the phone, making sure to keep his voice quiet enough so the boy in the shower couldn't hear.
There were a couple silent seconds before Johnny felt his soul leave his body. "Jungwoo what the hell! When did you guys—oh goodness you were so innocent..."
"Ew no. I came over while he was working out. He wasn't wearing a shirt."
A sigh of relief echoed through the phone, "I was about to come over there and beat Lucas's dumb ass."
Jungwoo rolled his eyes, "I kinda panicked and very not discreetly stared him! Johnny he probably thinks I'm some pedophile!"
"Jungwoo...Lucas doesn't think you're a pedophile for looking at his body, I can assure you that. I don't know...make your move or something."
"My move—Johnny!" He cursed to himself when the elder hung up on him. Falling back onto the bed, Jungwoo let out a confused sigh as he stared up at the ceiling.
He was almost positive he liked Lucas. Liked him as in had a crush on him. But what was he supposed to do with these feelings? Sometimes they acted like they were together, but that didn't mean that Lucas actually had those feelings towards him.
Although he had feelings for people in the past, it never felt like this. Lucas made him feel safe, comfortable, wanted, and like he was the prettiest boy in the world. Every day he would compliment his outfits or his. makeup, he would let Jungwoo hold his hand, he would listen to the boy rant for hours on end about some nonsense. Everything he does screams how Lucas is the boy he's been waiting for.
"Everything okay?"
The boy let out a small scream when he saw Lucas standing at he foot of the bed, having not even heard the shower turn off. "Lucas...what do you do when you like somebody?"
Lucas forced himself to smile before sitting down next to Jungwoo, "When I like somebody I try to let them know without actually telling them. It's just the little things I guess, how you treat them."
Sitting up, he rested his head on the taller boy's shoulder, smiling when he felt Lucas's arm wrap around his torso.
"Are you asking because you maybe have feelings for somebody?"
"I think so," he mumbled, letting his eyes flutter closed.
Lucas ignored the lump in his throat and tightened the arm around Jungwoo, "Well whoever he is, he's really lucky." He meant what he said, whoever was fortunate enough to end up with the boy next to him was the luckiest man in the world. To him, Jungwoo was perfect in every way. He would give the world to be able to call the elder his. But he had to respect his feelings, the Earth was still spinning even if it felt like Lucas's world was just stomped to pieces.

I'm binge writing because it helps me relive stress. Also I just realized we're almost at chapter twenty and they haven't even so much as kissed yet. This is the longest I've written without romance for the main couple.
