TJ stepped through the door and removed his jacket while on his way to the kitchen where his family stood.
"Great, you're here!" Leah said in relief. "Dad was making his lame dad jokes again."
The younger warlock smirked as his father had a look of mock hurt.
"They're not that bad." Derek protested playfully.
"Be nice to your father, Leah." Amelia said with a laugh. "And fake it."
The older warlock looked at his wife with a playful glare. "You're supposed to be on my side, mi amor." He said.
The brunette woman cupped her husband's face between her hands. "I'm never on your side. I'm always on top." She replied with a smirk.
"Ew!" Leah pulled her face in disgust.
"We need therapy." TJ announced. "I'm scarred for life."
Derek rolled his eyes with a smile at his children before he wrapped his arms around Amelia and brought her in for a passionate and loving kiss.
Leah wolf whistled playfully. "Go get it, Mom!" She called with a grin.
Amelia pulled away with a smile. "I love you." She whispered to her husband.
"I love you too." Derek replied with a soft smile before they both turned to their children. "And we love you all." He said.
"I love you." Leah replied with a smile. "I still have mixed feelings about TJ."
The young warlock shoved his twin playfully to which she quickly retrieved her hockey stick. "Watch it." She warned playfully.
As Derek rolled his eyes playfully at his childrens' antics, Amelia spoke up. "I invited Raphael. He's bringing dessert."
"Wait, what?" Leah asked as this had caught her attention. "No, I look terrible." She said as she began fixing her hair and removing her hoodie when a knock soon sounded at the door.
The older warlock smirked teasingly. "That must be him." He said and made his way towards the door.
The young witch's eyes widened and she began making her way towards the stairs when TJ caught hold of her and kept her in place with a smirk of his own.
"No." Leah said, struggling to remove herself from his hold as he kept her in place. "Let me go."
Derek opened up the door, revealing Raphael holding trays of dessert. "Mr Rivera, Mrs Rivera." He nodded his head in greeting with a smile before he held the tray up. "I brought Cranberry Panna Cotta and Vanilla Zabaglione with raspberries." He announced.
"Oh!" Amelia smiled warmly. "That sounds delicious." She said and took the tray of dessert from him to put in the fridge.
Once he had handed the dessert over, the Alpha's eyes fell onto his girlfriend who walked up to him with a smirk. "Hey, handsome." Leah greeted, giving her boyfriend a sweet kiss.
Raphael smiled at her as she pulled away. "Hey, gorgeous." He replied before he was led through to the dining room.
Once dessert was finished, Leah and Raphael had done the dishes with the witch washing up and directing the werewolf where to pack it away. Once they had finished up, she wrapped her arms around his neck and stood on her toes to lightly peck his lips.
Raphael smiled softly and lightly stroked Leah's cheek when she took hold of his hand and kissed the inside of his wrist. His smile broadened before he spun her around, her laugh filling up the kitchen area as she spun back into him which made him chuckle.
She stared up at him with a loving smile as she played with his dark hair at the nape of his neck. "I love you." She whispered.
"I love you too." He replied.
