Woke up Christmas morning and no present under my Christmas tree, all the cookies eaten and milk drank but no presents. The whole street was outside saying the same. I and the other kids in the neighborhood began to realize a trail of rabbit tracks. we followed the tracks thinking it would lead us to our presents but instead it led them to Easter island was very weary so I sat down on a rock and as I sat down immediately a secret passage way was uncovered by grass which was triggered by a button on the rock I sat on. The kids began to walk down the stairs as we heard voices of grown adults speaking of Santa’s whereabouts and how they have to stop Christmas. I told them to stop right there in commanding voice and as soon as I turned around the corner I saw oddly dressed grownups, a lady dressed in leaves and branches, a bunny, a man who looked like he has been frozen and cold, a man in pajamas, and a baby with a bow and arrows shaped like hearts at the tip. Immediately the man in his pajamas took a pile of dust from his pocket and threw it toward us 2 seconds later our eyes got lazy and all we remember were waking up in a cell. The man that looked that he was frozen and cold was in front of the cell and explained to us that we would have to stay there forever. In the cell next to us we heard a very jolly voice saying "don’t worry kids ". Then the man said "shut your fat, cookie eating, present giving mouth”. The jolly voice replied saying these are the other holiday spirits that have kept you in your cell. The baby you saw is cupid but he is not really a baby but hundreds of years old , the lady you saw is mother nature , the warden here with us is jack frost, and the man in his pajamas is the sand man who helps you fall asleep, and the giant bunny is the Easter bunny and this is his home on Easter island. Jack Frost said to the voice you know you have a big mouth Clause. We all then realized that the very jolly voice was Santa Clause chained in the other cell. Santa explained to us that the other holidays were jealous that his holiday was very popular and they were trying to get people to stop believing in Christmas. At exactly 12:00 midnight we awoke to little men with the reddest cheeks that were the size of a toddler dressed in green and red commando outfits. They freed us from our chains with tools and Santa too. We were led outside through the air vents in the ceilings to a sleigh pulled by reindeer. The command officer gave Santa a look and said “it’s time to ride”. The sleigh flew to our neighborhood and to thank us for helping him he gave us all the things we asked for Christmas and continued to the rest of the world. The day of Christmas was without presents but at least the spirit of Christmas still lives on. Ho! Ho! Ho! Merry Christmas.
