I woke up in an elevating "box." Beads of sweat dropping off the side of my forehead by the force of the box hitting something solid, above. I got forced to drop flat down to the bottom of this box/room made completely out of metal. I could feel pain take over my whole back side.
"Help! Help me!" I shouted. Silence was all that followed. All of a sudden doors-that is had not noticed in the darkness-opened exposing blinding the light coming from above. There where black figures standing all around the open doors of the box, staring down at me.
"William, what's down there?" Someone said from the black figures which actually, was a crowd of crazy people wearing a bunch of wacky colored clothing. Someone jumped down from where everyone was standing above.
"Just the supplies and another tribute." the boy was obviously British. He had blond hair and blue eyes. He wasn't wearing the crazy getup like everyone else. He was just wearing a normal black T-shirt with the number 12 on it. He wore gray pants (the type that make the swish, swoshing sound.)
I looked down to realize that I was, too, wearing the same pants and shirt, with the number 12 on them.
When I looked back up, the British big was smiling at me. I managed to rerun the smile, even thought I wasn't in the "happy" mood.
The people above let down I rope with a knot tied in it. The boy made a motion that told me to go first. So I grabbed hold of the rope, my hands right over the knot, and they pulled me up. Then they lowers it back down and got the boy.
When we were both at the top the boy faves me and said "Hello, my name is William. Welcome to the games!"
