On the Run

Chapter 4

Dear readers (AKA: Nobody) I am back with a new part. I hope you enjoy it as I did! OOF!

When I woke up, Jake was sitting at the table waiting for me to awaken. At first, I was creeped out, then I remembered that I liked the guy. When I sat up he started talking. "You should come work ..." "YES I WOULD LOVE THAT," I said before he could even finish his sentence. I was SOOO excited that I would see him all day every day! He said that I should get started today! He told the maids to watch Molly while we were at work. He said that I would be his assistant. Yayyyy. When I got there classical music was playing in his office. He had another desk being made right outside his office. He said he never thought that his business would grow to be this big so he never got an assistant. I am his first assistant? I thought that since he had such a huge business he would have hired an assistant a long time ago. 

It was finished. The desk looked amazing! It had tiny toys, a button to press when I want to eat, and the best of ALL! CANDY! Tons and tons. The weight of an African elephant! All in the "Supply Closet" Which was really just a closet with toys and candy. (Just between you and me, I ate half of the candy already) 

When I got home I was full of lobster and caviar. Molly was in the living room watching "Power Puff Girls" "No Mojo Jojo! Don't kill their father! Save him power puff girls!" She was yelling so loud that the other side of the world could hear! That night I fell and Jake helped me up. Molly was already asleep. Then the most amazing thing happened! He looked at me and I felt sparks fly! Then he kissed me! On the lips!!!!!!!!! I was freaking out! Then We fell asleep watching "The Fault in Our Stars" It was SOOOO romantic!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

EEEEEHHHHH. When we woke up he kissed me on the forehead! Then he said to Molly "Want to come to work with us?" "YYYYYYAAAAAAAAAAAAYYYYYY!!!!!!!!" I swear that girl can scream! Then there was a loud bang as the door fell down! It was a bunch of security guys from the hospital! I was super scared! Jake whispered to both of us "GO NOW AND HIDE!" The security team ran to where I was standing and said "You're both DEAD!"

Then he did the evilest cackle ever!

When I woke up I was back where I had started. Then in the room next to mine, I heard Molly screaming! I looked over and saw a knife! they were actually gonna kill us! I reached as far as I could and grabbed the knife to cut the rope that was holding me down. When I got done I was bleeding out of my ankles and wrist. There was blood everywhere. Then someone came into the room! It was the nurse who I met at the beginning. She said that her plan was to let me lose and tell them everything about where I was and watch them kill me and the little girl, but they put the knife too close to the table. She had seen me trying to escape! That's when I noticed the butcher knife she was holding! "Now I have to kill you myself, and you should know, I DON'T LIKE GETTING DIRTY!" She went left and I went right. Luckily I was 25 and she was in her 40's. So I was able to stab her in the side and punch her in the face. 

She had passed out so I took her clothes and put them on and her keys and dress her in my hospital gown that they had put me in. She looked like she belonged here. When I left, someone told me "There is a rampage in the lobby again. Some guy named Jake?" I ran into the next room and there she was. Molly! I untied her and told her to pretend she was dead. When I went to the hallway and someone stopped me in my tracks and said "Is that one dead? If not I want to kill her!" I told him she died of a disease that is why she isn't bloody. Then he sighed.

 I walked into the lobby and told Jake to come with me. When I saw that he was following me, he looked kinda scared. Oh! I forgot I was wearing no makeup. He has never seen me without makeup before. I told him to take the girl and put her the right way into the car seat and told Molly that she could stop acting. She didn't. "Molly STOP ACTING!" she finally realized that it was me and woke up. Then I got into the car and Jake said "Are you on our side? Where is Julie?!" I just told him to drive but he said "NO! WHERE IS JULIE" OMG he was worried about me! I told him that I had already run away, and was going to be back at home. I told him to drop me off 2 blocks from his house. Then he left. I cut through yards and jumped over fences and climbed up 5 stories to get to my room.

He was still not here, so I was able to get dressed quickly and put on some makeup before he got up. Hey, I didn't say I did a good job, but it was the best I could do. I had already texted the maids to tell him that I had gotten here 23 minutes ago. I didn't want him to know that I was that ugly till we get married. If we get married. When he came in he had a bag of McDonald's and sat down on my bed and kissed me. He said that he told the maids that they were free and that we were going to be running around the world to hide me and Molly away from the monsters that took us. Ever since then we got married and adopted Molly as our kid.
