Turn 44 - Wangs attack part 1

It has been 3 days since Hideki gave his aid to Casey in creating the Ascension magic cards...not all were done yet but his actions had given the group resolve to continue to fight...however Yushida was not so ready to accept him as a member of the group...or even so much as an acquaintance.

"I knows he's helping...but I don't trust him Hideo!" Yushida exclaimed.

"I know...I'm not happy with it either...but we have to deal with it." Hideo replied, looking through his deck. "Besides maybe things will go better with his help."

Yushida groaned in annoyance. "Yeah then he backstabs us! besides if ascension magic cards are so special how the hell did he get one??"

Hideo sighed as he looked at Yushida. "I'm sure he has a reason...but for now Yushida we need him."

Yushida groaned in anger before he grabbed his bag and jacket. "I'm going for a walk." Yushida went out the door and down the corridor.

"So...I heard that boy Hideki is helping you all." Ryoko was stood in the corridor as well. looking over at Yushida with a serious expression.

"Yeah...unfortunately." Yushida sighed and looked at Ryuoko. "After all he did I don't understand why everyone is so willing to accept him..."

"Sometimes in order to overcome a greater foe firmer enemies must put aside their differences." Ryoko stated and walked over to Yushida. "I understand your feelings...but right now there is a dangerous enemy that could strike at any given moment...right now Hideki is not an issue."

Yushida looked at Ryuoko and then nodded. "Right.. thanks miss kurohime." He walked on ahead goes along the corridor and down some steps before he reached the quad. It was around 8pm so it was the middle of the night, a cold but gentle breeze could be heard. "Guess I'll just go around the other side of the bridge." "So this is the famous Yushida? he doesn't look so tough." Wang was stood on the roof of the building, a vile smirk painted across his face. "If I beat him then our master will be pleased...and it's one more soul to awaken our Lord." Wang cackled as he disappeared into a portal.

"So hanging about in the cold dark night like some thug?" Yushida remarked, glaring at him.

Hideki sighed looking back at Yushida. "Still sour about before?" He looks at Yushida also glaring.

"I don't trust you." Yushida growled looking at Hideki.

"I don't care if you trust me or not." Hideki replied. "Your friends came asking for help...maybe the mighty Yushida can't help all of his friends from these bad bad evil guys?" Hideki chuckled.
