"You will. Take some rest now." His warm hands left mine and I almost begged him to come back so we would remain in that position, forever.

What's happening to you, Deena..?

The next morning, I woke Fatma up to pray Fajr with me, then we cleaned up the house and while she prepared for school, I prepared breakfast for everyone.

A few minutes after she'd taken breakfast, her school bus honked by the gate and she rushed out, with the lunchpack I had prepared for her.

I cleaned the dining area and went back upstairs. Since Fajr, Khalil had not returned home and his phone rested on the nightstand.

I hope he's fine

I took my bath and got into a beige simple gown and a black scarf.

Now, let's write

I continued to type until I got tired and yet Khalil was not home. I got a hijab over me and stepped out of the house. I wasn't too familiar with the street but I sure wouldn't get lost.

New Kaduna, better Kaduna.
He is change!

Vote Comr. Habib Noori Ahmad for a new Kaduna.

HCPP

I read one of the numerous posters pasted on a few trees and a couple of fences around. He looked really innocent and his killer smile would make you want to vote him a hundred and one times. But he was a monster.

Woah!
When's the election, because there'll be a need to show him his place before then.

I went back home and went straight to the room. I was about to embark on my fore-planned journey. Now was the time.

"Publishing on daily trust news." I searched on the net and the guidelines and mode of payment appeared. I read through and reread to be sure, then I proceeded.

I had written series of articles since I got my laptop and I had gone through and edited. The first one I would publish went:

Upcoming elections: Meanwhile
They come, promising to make all sorts of changes, wanting you to vote them into seats. Yes, they look innocent and they look like they'll keep their words anyways. But then, do you know what's in their past? Do you know how much they care for you, the masses? Do you even care to know who they really are? Perhaps some rapist, killer or psycho.
Do vote for them when you know their true colours.

By tomorrow morning, it'd be part of the newspapers. I submitted it and asked that my kept my identity anonymous, not that I even gave them real info.

I hope it works

"Peace be unto you." Khalil greeted as he ambled into the room.

"Peace be unto you too." I replied as I looked up. "Welcome back."

"Thank you. Hope you slept well?" He glanced my way then looked away
