Cassandra sighed as she sat down at the table in the Great Hall. She took a look at the goblet of fire. She stared at it until Hermione sat in front of her.

"Good morning, Cassie." Hermione said.

"Good morning Hermione." Cassandra replied.

"Today is the day we find out who the goblet picked." Hermione smiled.

"Yeah," Cassandra said, her voice laced with no enthusiasm.

"What's wrong?" Hermione asked.

"Nothing," Cassandra answered. "I just have a bad feeling about this."

"I'm sure it's all going to be fine." Hermione assured. "You're probably just overthinking. We just have to remain positive."

Hermione always said something along the lines of being positive or optimistic. She tried her best to remain positive and tried to get her friends to do the same.

"I guess." Cassandra shrugged.

Hermione smiled at Cassandra and then the two began talking about books. Ron and Harry soon joined them at the table before it was time to go off and learn.

Cassandra was sitting with her friends in the Great Hall, waiting for the champions to be announced.

"Now, the moment you all have been waiting for, the champion selection." Dumbledore announced.

The goblet's fire turned red and spit out a piece of paper, Dumbledore catching it.

"The Durmstrang champion is Viktor Krum."

Cheers erupted throughout the hall.

Krum got up, shook Dumbledore's hand, and walked out of the hall.

"The champion of Beauxbatons is Fleur Delacour."

Claps rang out from amongst her peers.

Fleur got up, shook Dumbledore's hand, and left the hall to go wait with Krum.

"The Hogwarts champion is Cedric Diggory." Dumbledore announced.

The loudest cheers rang throughout the hall.

Cassandra felt her heart sink a little bit but she clapped for Cedric anyway.

"Excellent!" Dumbledore announced. "We now have our three champions. But in the end, only one will go down in history. Only one will hoist this chalice of champions. This vessel of victory. The Triwizard Cup!"

Barty Crouch revealed the Triwizard Cup. It stood there gleaming. Meanwhile, the goblet's fire started turning red. It spit out a piece of paper and Dumbledore caught it.

"Harry and Cassandra Potter."

The hall was silent. Cassandra looked at Harry, concerned. The two tried to hide behind Hermoine and Ron but it didn't work.

"Harry and Cassandra Potter!" Dumbledore screamed.

"Go on, you two, go on." Hermione urged.

Hermione pushed them and they stood up.

Cassandra felt like she couldn't breathe. It was like the air was trapped in her lungs. She looked at Harry and he looked like he was going to be sick. They were both awfully pale as they walked up to Dumbledore.

Dumbledore handed the paper to Harry. Cassandra and Harry walked out of the hall to go with the others. The three champions looked at them. Cedric had a look of concern on his face.

"What are you two doing out here?" Cedric asked.

"We - we got chosen." Cassandra swallowed hard. "Harry, did I hear that right? Harry and Cassandra Potter."

She made an emphasis on Potter.

"I think so." Harry gulped.

"This isn't fair." Krum said.

"We know it isn't." Cassandra muttered.

Cedric wrapped an arm around Cassandra, giving her a half hug. She reluctantly let him.

Dumbledore walked out with the other Hogwarts teachers behind him. Snape looked down at Cassandra, no emotion on his face. She looked up at him, as if she were going to cry.

"We have made our decision." Dumbledore said. "Harry and Cassandra must compete in the Triwizard Tournament. However, since they are underage, they will be working together on the tasks."

Harry and Cassandra exchanged looks.

"Congratulations to all." Dumbledore smiled. "You all are dismissed."

Cassandra walked up to Snape.

"Can I talk to you?" Cassandra asked, more of a demand than a question.

Snape took Cassandra to his office. He motioned for her to sit down.

"Potter?" was the first thing to come out of Cassandra's mouth.

"Cassandra..." Snape trailed off.

"Tell me the truth, am I a Potter?" Cassandra asked.

Snape shifted uneasily in his seat.

"Yes," he replied. "I'm sorry."

"I can't believe you lied to me. For fourteen years!" Cassandra exclaimed.

"I lied to you to protect you!" Snape screamed. Cassandra sank lower into her seat. "This is why I never wanted you to go to Hogwarts. You weren't supposed to find out like this. I was going to tell you once you turned seventeen."

"Guess it's too late now."

"Please see where I'm coming from." Snape looked into Cassandra's eyes. "I'm so sorry honey."

"Is my "mother" even real?" Cassandra asked, her voice barely above a whisper.

"Yes, she is." Snape replied. "She's dead, that part wasn't a lie. I loved her and I loved Lily Evans, your real mother. Hayley and I wanted a kid so badly but she couldn't get pregnant. Once Lily died, we found out about you and Harry. It was dangerous for the two of you to be in the same house, so we kept you. We were so overjoyed. We changed your last name to Snape, but you can change it back to Potter if you'd like. Hayley passed away shortly after Lily did."

Cassandra got up and left Snape's office. She had a million questions in her head as she walked to the Gryffindor common room. She entered the room, where Harry, Hermione, and Ron were waiting for her.

"Cas!" Hermione shouted. She ran up to Cassandra and engulfed her in a hug.

"I asked him." Cassandra said, tears in her eyes. She gulped. "Harry, I'm your twin sister."
