Folktown, a small but forgotten town with not less then four hundred population, the residents are actually the reason it was forgotten in the outside world. They rear animals, they plant crops, they plant trees, they have builders, they have a school, they have a very big church, they have a clinic, they have a library that holds all history, they have traders and so they have everything life could offer but little money, not that they care since one is ready to accept a basket of vegetables or a livestock, or four stacks of hay, or a portion of farmland or as little money as possible as payment when they work for you.
Having all life could offer, they have no reason to go to the outside world except for the clinic who gets their resources from outside town and a few farmers who has customers that buys their hays in a town not bigger than theirs called Countryside, which is about four days with their rickety old trucks which is all they could find and be able to buy. Four days journey to countryside which is two days going, two days coming back. Because of their lack of socialization with the outside world, they don't get much new residents in five years so apart from the reproduction cycle that happens when a man and woman gets married, their population increase is terribly slow, which they are happy about anyway.
Folktown is a town where everybody knows everybody, you don't eat in the morning? Mr A or Mrs B will know since they didn't see you come get any vegetables in the market. A life like that is very comfortable to them except for a young girl, Elaine Jackson.
Age twenty, brown hair, brown eyes, round full boobs, average in height, who wants more than Folktown could offer. Elaine wants to see the world, wants to meet new people, but you can't travel in Folktown if you don't have a rickety old truck and the highest the truck could go is to Countryside, the drivers don't know anywhere else but there and have been in Folktown all their lives. Seeing her dream not being possible to achieve, poor Elaine begins to take life as it is. Before she gets to the library where she works, she greets not less than fifty people, on her way to the diner where she works at night, she greets not less than a hundred.
With time, she began to get use to it and even, started enjoying the familiarities and her dream began to dwindle little by little until it was forgotten. She then got a new dream, get married to a good man and have kids of her own.
The door to the library opened, ringing the bell as always to notify the librarian that there is a visitor. Elaine looked up from the book she was reading to attend to her guest but only to frown when she saw who.
"Hello Elaine" said a sandy blonde haired guy with brown eyes. He was at least 6.1 foot tall, a round face and sexy light pink lips which was smiling to the girl sitting on her desk.
"Why are you here Jasper?" Elaine asked in her small but heart softening voice.
"I just came back into town and decides to see you. You know, ever since you pick up this job from Mrs. Tucker, one don't see you anymore."
"Why will you want to see me?"
"Elaine, I just came back from countryside where I have been for months, don't you miss me at all? Don't you want to ask what I got for you?"
"No, the two things you asked? The answer is no."
Jasper shook his head softly and sighed "what happened between us Elaine?"
Elaine rolled her eyes and dropped the book she was reading on her desk with a soft thud, she got down from the high stool and walked around the desk to approach him, looking at him with her head slightly raised "I remember and since you seem to have forgotten, I will remind you. You found Carol, my best friend and you screwed her, that's what happened."
Jasper grabbed her hand but she flung it off "I'm sorry, that is one mistake I can't stop regretting in my life. I didn't mean for it to happen. It was just that, there was too much to drink at Gordon's party and you refusing to attend, I was angry and so I drank too much. Carol was available when I got horny and she...she didn't hesitate to give into me... You see..."
