Kats POV
The sun is shining into my bedroom and I wake up slowly. After a few seconds just laying there I try to stand up, but fall directly back into my pillow.
How much did I drink yesterday?
My head is hurting so bad and I squeeze my eyes together. I try to remember the last night and a few pictures come to my head.
We were at the bar and this one guy was flirting to me. After he grabbed my arm and tried to drag me with him, Dom was there to help me. The next thing I remember is, that I'm at Doms apartment and he has a wound on his cheek. Oh right, they had a fight. I remember!
And after I helped him with his cheek he kissed me... I have the same warm feeling now, that fills up my whole body. The same feeling, that I had when his lips hit mine.
He tasted like cinnamon and licorice. And I loved it!
But as soon as he kissed me I pulled back. It was not right to do it, while he was drunk. He probably would've regret it this morning whatever it was, that could've happened last night.
But the feeling, that I had something last night, that I wanted for so long but probably will never have again hurts so much.
Doms POV
My sleep came to an end, when my doorbell was ringing again and again.
I get up with a hell of a headache and walk to the front door.
,,What the hell?!" ~ I open the door.
,,Hey, don't look at me like that. I got you coffee" ~ Alberto is standing in front me with a huge smile on his face and walks into the room.
,,Yeah, come in. You do it anyway.."
,,Don't be so grumpy! I'm here for Mario Kart and have a great day and not being a victim of your hangover. I'm feeling awesome btw!"
,,Good for you, I guess. But I'm really not in the mood today, man"
I'm still thinking about last night and the kiss me and Kat shared. If I want to I can still feel her warm lips on mine. And then there is the memory of her pushing me off of her.
,,You are just afraid to lose again" ~ he says with an arrogant smirk.
,,Again?! Are you mad?! YOU will lose again!" ~ Now he got me.
,,I knew you would say that, come on!" ~ he throws one gamepad in my direction.
Maybe some distraction is not bad after all.
3 hours later
Kats POV
I'm on my way to doms apartment. I could not get this kiss out of my head and I want to make things clear between us.
I just want to talk to him and make sure, that this will not get between us. I don't want to lose him as a friend.
I take a deep breath before I ring his doorbell. After a few seconds the door opens.
,,Kat?" ~ Alberto is standing in front of me, looking really confused.
,,Um...hi...Alberto..is Dom here?" ~ now I'm really nervous and I have to look like a tomato by now.
,,Yeah sure. DOM! Come to the door, you have a visitor!" ~ Alberto is smiling at me and is going back inside.
,,Hey Kat. Wha..What are you doing here?" ~ he steps out his apartment and closes the door behind him.
,,Um..we really have to talk...about...yesterday." ~ I never stuttert that much in my life.
,,I don't think so. It's okay Kat, let's both just forget about it." ~ he looks really uncomfortable, but his cheeks seem to turn red slowly.
That sentence is giving me a sting, but I have to get this talk! Just once!
,,No! We have to!" ~ I say way louder, than I planned.
He looks shocked for a second and looks at the ground.
,,Okay. But not now. Let's meet at 9."
,,Alright, I'll be there!" ~ I'm feeling more nervous now, than I did before.
