Under The Moon #23 (Secrets)

As the moon light shined on the bed through the window on Liam's six pack as he was naked laying there shining in the moonlight. Katie was staring at him thinking how sexy he looks in the moonlight. Katie heard a howl and looked out the window to Anna smiling at her. Katie looked at Liam sleeping soundly and turned jumping off the balcony landing on her feet. 

      Anna said " lets go for a run"

       Katie said " sure"

They both took off as their instincts took over and they wolfed out enjoying a run. out of no where a black wolves attacked them. Katie howled loudly and fought. As Katie was tossed aside Lucas and Nolan both jumped over her taking down a wolf killing it and Anna was tossed into Katie as Liam jumped over them killing one. Lucas was thrown to the ground as Katie killed it. They all turned back to there human form,.

         Katie said " it's like they knew it was just me and Anna"

        Anna said " that's wired as hell"

       Lucas said "magic is involved so how"

       Liam said " great so another problem arises"

       Nolan said " maybe Root knows something will help us"

      Liam said " fine but we all stay close till we figure out how"

They headed back to the house and Katie found one of her old books her mom gave her. As Katie read some of the book she felt Liam close to her and she smiled.

       Katie said " you don't have to just stand there"

        Liam said " sorry you look sexy and i can't focus sometimes" smiling

        Katie said " it's like the wolves are connected to one of some how"

        Liam said " what do you"

     Katie said "kinda feels like i'm the one they are connected to some how"

  Katie read a piece in the book and it dawned on her why Izzy lied to her. Liam seen a look on Katie's face.

       Liam said " what's up"

        Katie said " when Izzy gave me the mark she did this to me"

          Liam said " what do you mean"

           Katie said " she put a target on my back and blood spelled me some how and cursed me to be a target for life"

They went to the kitchen and sat down as Lucas looked a little mad.

         Lucas said " Root was helpful but he is connected to you Katie"

         Katie said " how is that even"

         Nolan said " someone blood bounded him, and Rose"

        Katie said " wait Rose is vampire, i'm a wolf and Root is a warlock so how is that possible "

        Anna said " who knows but there is one way to unbound you guys"

        Liam said " no Anna"

         Katie said " what is it"

         Nolan said " take your blood and burn it"

          Katie said " what"

          Lucas said " cut your hand and give enough and then throw in a fire and read from a book of a spells with the curse in it then it set you free but you have to get them to agree with you"

            Katie said " Root might be hard to get to agree but Rose i might get her too"

             Liam said " what if it don't work"

             Katie said " if it don't i leave you guys here and move back to New York and forget about this life and start over" tears

               Nolan said " if it don't work you aren't leaving"

                 Katie said " since my first transformation i been causing you guys problems more then helping"

              Anna said " no you are not leaving"

              Lucas said " we find away to brake it"

              Liam said " Lucas is right Katie you are not leaving"

Katie went to her room and found a scrolling stone Rose gave her years ago. Katie held the stone as it turned light blue and amazed Liam. Katie smell her scent outside. Katie jumped off the balcony to the ground with a look on her face looking at Rose.

         Rose said " let me guess you want some of blood to burn to free us from a blood bound i have with you and Root right"

        Katie said " yea how did you know"

        Rose said " i can hear your thoughts" smiling

       Katie said " right i forgot you had that power" smiling

        Rose said " i will do it because we need free to live"

Root finally agreed to do because he hates Katie in ways. As they drew the blood and burned it the fire went up in flames fast and you could feel the fire burning in you in ways. Katie, Root, and Rose all kneed down as the cures was gone they unbounded to one another. They all fall to the floor free from the blood bound but Root had one secret that shock them all.

       Root said " my father was Derrik and my mother was  Izzy"

       Katie said " what" shocked

     Root said " my mom Izzy thought i was next in line to be a alpha but she found out you was next and she wanted out of the picture so she tried everything to get red of you Katie and i'm sorry for what she has cause"

    Katie said " so you are a half brother to me"

    Root said " yes Sam was my brother and Aaron was my sister too and now its all gone well almost all"

     Katie said "you knew this Rose"

      Rose said " yes i did but i had spell put on not to tell you and now its gone for good because you"

     Root said "i'm sorry i never told you Katie"

       Katie said "it's ok some secrets will be reveled as the times goes forward" 

       Root said " i have to go but i'll see you later"

Root left as Liam pulled Katie to her feet smiling and hugged her. Rose stood up smiling and hugged her good bye for now and left in a flash. Liam could feel Katie's heart beating fast and he smiled.

       Katie said " secrets a pain in the ass"

      Liam said "lets go drink" smiling

They all drank and enjoyed the rest of the time but Katie still felt a connection to someone in a way but was happy there were no more secrets well hopefully no  more secrets but never know around here.
