Finally, after two exhausting weeks of finals and major projects, you could relax over your two week long Christmas break. You attended the San Fransokyo Institute of Technology, which just so happened to be the same school that your best friend and secret love interest, Tadashi Hamada went to. You had know the genius for several years now and over time began to develops deeper feeling for the young man.

This year would be the first Christmas Tadashi and you would celebrate together. You had already gotten him the perfect gift, a brand new tool set and several new books you knew he wanted. You thought that it was something he would appreciate and would make him happy, which was all you wanted. And maybe if the day went well, you could tell him your feelings.

It was officially Christmas Day! You jumped out of you bed and ran into the shower to get ready. When you were done you texted Tadashi you would be there soon. After that you put on your comfiest sweater, pants, and boots and  grabbed the gift-wrapped box on the table and put on your jacket to head to the cafe to meet Aunt Cass, Hiro and Tadashi.

As you approached the back door to the actual house and not the cafe, you took note of the pretty winter wreathe hung upon it and smiled, then knocked on the door. Moments later thudding was heard as Hiro ran down the steps to open the door.

"Hey (y/n)!" He smiled, the gap between his teeth showing. You walked inside and took off your coat and shoes, the scent of delicious food overwhelming your entire being. You placed your presents to the side, ment to be put under the tree for later.

"Hey Hiro, how's it going?" You asked, as you ruffled his already messy hair. You two had a brother-sister relationship, which was pretty awesome. They only thing that wasn't awesome was that he knew about you feelings toward Tadashi and constantly teased you about it.

"'S going good. I'm just glad that school is over for now and I can relax." You almost forgot that Hiro went to school with you and Tadashi and realized that finals must have killed him for the past two weeks.

"Psh, tell me about it. My physics final was brutal. It almost took me three hours..." You said. You both began heading up the stairs to the living area of the house.

"Three hours?! No way! Was it that hard?" He asked curiously.

"Heck yeah. When you take physics in your third year you'll really understand why I am always freakin out about my grades. Professor Newgate's class is REALLY difficult." You stated. "But knowing how smart you are, you'll probably do fine!" You smiled as you reassured he young boy.

"Thanks (y/n)." Hiro said smiling.

The two or you then both entered the kitchen and your mouth almost overflowed with saliva at the sight. The large table was covered with delicious looking food such as the golden brown turkey, fresh rolls and potatoes and the smell of it all was incredible. Standing over by the stove was Aunt Cass, who at the moment was taking out the last batch of spice cookies.

"Oh, (y/n)! You're here! Good!" She exclaimed as she walked around the counter and gave you a big hug. "How are you?" She asked. You smiled at her and hugged her back.

"I'm doing good. School is done for now and I don't have any work I have to worry about so that nice..." You replied. "And aunt Cass I'm honestly speechless. You really outdid yourself with this Christmas dinner!" You complimented. She just chuckled and waved her hand at you.

"PSH, please! Years beforehand I have made twice as much food! This is nothing, you should see what I cook when the whole gang is over!" She laughed.

"That must be absolutely crazy, trying to get everyone to sit down and have a full blown meal like this." You said imagining the thought, which was quite funny. Just as you said this, a different voice run in you ear.
