Alex's Pov
We meet 2011 I still remeber walking in and looking at those brown eyes I still get lost on her smile that can bright up a room hanging out after practice. Being roommates on camps being bus buddies and lisening to the same music.
During 2012 our 1st olympics there was so much pressure specially on me but somehow she always calmed me down we had a very long talk before the final game and that's when I understood I had fallen in love with my best friend. After the olympics we went back to my house we were walking down the beach when we looked at the sunset then she kissed me and those lips are the ones I will never get tired of kissing. She asked me to be her girlfriend and ofcourse I said yes and that's when our story began.
Later on we both of us were really happy together and our soccer season was the best we won the world cup on 2015 the same year Kelley proposedgles to me.
Flashback
After winning the world cup we party in the locker room and then at the hotel it was around 12 am and most of the team was drunk or dancing I walked over to tobin who was dancing with christen yes they try to keep their relationship simple and hidden but I don't think that is going to work
"Hey tobs chris" I smiled
"Hey lex"
"have you seen Kelley by any chance?" I asked them
"Yup she was oh there she is" she pointed over to the middle of the dance floor
"Thank you" I walked up to her
"Heyyyyyy babyyyy" she giggles
"Hey" I smiled
"you are sooo cute"
"and you are drunk" I smiled
"just a little"
"how many drinks did you have?" I asked
"just a few drinks" she said
"Yeah sure" I smiled "want to dance?"
she grabbed my hand and we started to dance
"Hold on let me go get something I'll be back" she said and walked away probably she went to get a drink or something like that.
"Hey baby horse great game don't you think" A very drunk abby tells me
"yeah for sure it was nice" I smiled
"Well see ya around" she walked away
I waited for Kelley to come back but insted she went up to the stage in my mind I was like what is this dork going to do now?
she grabbed the microphone and looked at me "Attention everyone I have something to say"
the whole room when silent and looked at Kelley she walked up to me "Alex You really are the love of my life since we meet in 2011 and the rest like they say its history you have given me the ultimate happiness and I want nothing else to give you my love and happiness"
then she pulled a box out of her pocket when she opened it there was a dimond ring by this point I had tears rolling down my cheeks
"so Lex will you marry me" she smiled
"Yes ofcourse I will" I kissed her
then all you can hear was awws and congratulations from the team and then we partied the rest I don't remeber I just remeber waking up in my hotel room that I shared with kelley and well she was crying
