POV- Calypso

Calypso was on the back of festus the metallic dragon. He was warm with passion and love. Making calypso feel relieved one person kept their promise to her. Calypso could feel the heat on her hands resinating from under festus's rectangle shaped scales.Calypso lifted her freckled arms and respectfully placed them around her proud savior, Leo Valdez.

Leo slightly turned his head, so calypso could see his oval shaped eyes and his little noise she loved ever so much.
Leo smartly said
" hey princess, lets travel the world" Calypso lent in and kissed Leo on the cheek as if saying Leo had captured the words right out if her mouth.
" What cat got your tongue?"
Leo said in his smart ass of a voice.
Calypso just blushed and said in a Stern voice
" Just keep driving, or we will never get where we are going"

Calypso felt free for the first time in forever. She was finally away from the island of Ogygia. Her lovely gardens and her white sandy beaches gone. Something different, is now in her path. The more she thought about her fluorescent flowers and cobalt blue Skies, the more she felt guilty about leaving them behind.

Calypso began to notice the thick dense clouds start to thin just enough so she could see the ground below her. Was that a castle? Calypso guessed, over the gusting wind and thin air. Calypso shouted
" Is that a castle down there?"
" Yeah do you want to go down and check out the town?"
Leo asked as sweetly as he could with his shouting voice, trying to not sound angry or upset.
" I would love to"
Calypso agreed

Leo dramatically changed directions, so they could land. With the sudden movement Calypso was jerked and almost fell off of the flying dragon airport. Leo reached out and caught Calypso's small and nimble hand. Leo's face expression changed outstandingly fast to a terrified " oh my gods, my girlfriend is hanging off a huge metal dragon and the only thing helping her was a over sized elf." kind of look. Calypso saw Leo channeling all his shrimpy strength into saving her. Making his little muscles pop out of his shirt. Calypso found this undeniably attractive at the moment, As Calypso was being hulled back up onto Festus, she turned her narrow head and noticed something from the ground rapidly approaching them.
" Leo look" Calypso said in a uncertain voice.

POV- Leo

Leo followed where Calypso's outstretched finger was pointing and saw what she was pointing at. Leo had to look twice before he registered what was happening. It was a arrow, who would fire a arrow at a enormous dragon, okay the better question Leo guessed was who wouldn't fire a arrow at a huge flying dragon. From Leo's clear observation it was approaching fast and was made if silver or bronze. One hit and Festuse would be destroyed.
"Festuse fly fast and upward" Leo said in a strained voice.

The arrow hit festuse right under the wing. It was a direct hit, Leo had to think fast, But his brain was over loaded with about everything had just happened. They where free falling now . Calypso was counting on Leo he had to think of something. Leo quickly reached out and embraced Calypso in a hug if anything happened he wanted her to be safe. Festuse was falling under them, his red light eyes have gone out there was no way their dragon friend was going to save them.

Bam! crack! Calypso and Leo had to landed on the belly of their unresponsive friend. Leo shoulder hurt so badly from landing but that didn't matter, he opened his arms to see if Calypso was okay. She was out like a light bulb but still heavily breathing. Leo glad see was still alive. Leo could not see much from all the smoke that was spilling out of Festus's cracked frame. All Leo could hear was terrorized, screaming people.
