everyone had some sort of power. like Sayaka Maizono who could make anyone fall asleep with her voice, or Kyoko Kirigiri who could tell whenever someone is lying. Mukuro Ikusaba however, she was one of the few people who had a power to do with love. What Mukuro could do was see soulmates, more specifically the red string that connected soulmates.
From a young age, she was confused walking on the street, she would see strings all over. She would even occasionally try and cut these strings but it didn't work. She did a little research when she got older and she really wasn't surprised. She saw couples all the time with the strings. There was one thing that bothered her though. Her parents didn't have their red strings. Mukuro guessed it made sense, her parents definitely fought a lot, and then it wasn't until Mukuro was about to head off to college that her parents were getting a divorce.
That's right, Mukuro was moving into her college dorm today. God, she wished she had a good roommate. I mean she had low expectations after living with her sister Junko all her life.
she knocked on the door. it opened not even seconds after. Mukuro was greeted by a blue-haired girl in a gray hoodie and shorts.
"ah, you must be my roommate!!"
