General
Yveltal is a large Pokémon with both avian and draconic traits. The back of its body is black with white spots along the wings and back; its front, head, and neck are bright red with branching, black lines throughout. It has a pointed, beak-like snout, bright blue eyes, a black, forward-curving horn over each eye, and a thin, antenna-like growth behind each eye. A feathery gray ruff encircles its neck and billows out over its back. Its wings each have three spikes along the bottom edge near the body and five large, black claws on the tip. It has small, birdlike legs with gray talons. Each foot has two toes facing forward and one pointing backwards. Its tail is similar in structure to its wings, including the five claws on the tip.
Yveltal has the power to absorb life energy by spreading its wings and tailfeathers. When it reaches the end of its lifespan, it steals the life energy of everything around it and then transforms into a cocoon to sleep.
For the sake of character's wiki, Yveltal's two split stages and are put here together. These are past/present Yveltal, a tragic suffering one and Future Yveltal, when a roleplay partner changes poor bird's life.

Personality
Yveltal generally lives for many, many. Manymanymanymany years, being the divinity of death. Embodiment of Destruction. Surprisingly, Yveltal bears almost no emotions now, whose heart was engulfed in a dark fog of apathy. It is an even greater mystery to know what is happening in their mind. Or at the poor withering heart inside.
However due to their past, and the future that I strongly hope to happen, Yveltal still has their own dreams and fears.

Combat
Ability: Dark Aura.
An aura pure of negative energy emanates from Yveltal, causing strong emotions feel greater within approaching hearts. All dark-type pokemon within this aura can draw more of their dark-type powers.
Roost
Yveltal lands, taking a moment to recover its energy. This usually backs up about half their stamina.
Snarl
Yveltal snarls madly out of hatred and fury, causing opponent's audible pain as well as lowering them their Special Attack.
Hurricane
By the mightier flap of its wings alone, Yveltal launches a catastrophically strong force of the wind, that if does not end opponents outright, may make them left head-knocked for good.
Oblivion Wing
Yveltal spreads itself wide in-air, performing the very act of death. Directly consuming the lifeforce of the opponent until there is not a drop of life left.
Yveltal resists to fight, but all those who venture to slay it, force it to make a death toll roll another one.
It never fights outside, staying in the lair, thus it is easier to avoid the painful encounter.
