TWISTED PERSONA || Hwang Hyunjin

First

No one's POV:

After a 30 minute drive, Hyunjin parked his car and they both stood outside while closing their doors behind them with a thud.

"Wow..." Yeona mumbled as she looked at what appeared as a castle or something.

Before they started moving, Hyunjin turned to look down at her, "Listen, don't forget, you're here as my girlfriend so act like it okay?"

"What do you want me to do?"

"Don't do anything! Just smile and be nice to me and to my family."

"I have manners you know."

"Don't get cocky with me Par-"

"You're the one who should be careful with the way you talk to me."

"Oh don't you worry, babe. I'm a master at it and you know it." He smirked as he turned around, "shall we?" Then they both started walking towards the entrance of a massive garden. 

True though, Yeona knows all too well that Hyunjin's greatest skill is acting nicely towards others, especially if he has an ulterior motive.

As they walked side by side in the garden, a man came up and greeted them warmly,

"Well if it isn't my favourite nephew! Hyunjin!" He grabbed Hyunjin into a tight hug while patting his back a little too roughly that Yeona almost let out a laugh.

"Ha ha...it's nice seeing you too Uncle." Hyunjin smiled cheerfully at him which you knew by now that it's all a stupid act.

"And who's this beautiful young lady that accompanies you?" His uncle turned his spectacles towards Yeona as she snapped out of her thoughts and tried to smile calmly at the man.

"Uncle, meet my girlfriend, Park Yeona. Yeona, this is my Uncle, Hwang Sungjin."

Yeona bowed slightly and shook his hand, "It's nice to meet you Uncle Hwang."

"Well it's lovely to meet you too, my young lady!" He dramatically kissed the top of Yeona's hand which startled her a bit.

"My uncle is a bit extra..." he whispered in her ear when his uncle turned around.

"I guess it runs in the family." She whispered back and he glared at her which made her chuckle slightly. But then Hyunjin returned to his usual nice act as they approached the rest of his family standing together a bit farther.

"Hyunjin! You've made it my boy." A very elegant old lady walked towards them as she cupped his face with a genuine smile on her wrinkled face, "You've grown into a quite tall and handsome young man indeed."

He chuckled slightly, which seemed quite genuine, while hugging her too, "It's nice to see you healthy, Grandma."

Then she turned to look at Yeona, "Is this your girlfriend you've told me about?"

"Yes. Yeona, this is my grandma. Grandma, I present you my girlfriend, Park Yeona."

She smiled at Yeona as Yeona smiled too with a bow, "Lovely to meet you, your grace."

His grandmother loved how Yeona spoke just now, with such elegance and decency, "I think you've picked a very beautiful and gorgeous girlfriend my dear boy." She told him while Yeona felt her cheeks go slightly pink from the compliment but she had to remind herself that this was all fake...

It's just an act to fulfill his selfish needs...
