Hi!

So this is my new mini-fic. It's based around Australia Day, which is like July 4th for Americans I think. Don't quote me on that.

This was supposed to have been finished, edited and uploaded on here by today, but, surprise surprise, it's not done... *slow claps* I started this at the beginning of this month, giving myself a 24 day deadline - easy, right? Nope. I've only done 1/5 chapters, and while it's quite lengthy, it's still not what I'd planned, and that upsets me.

I blame it on the smut.

As some of you may know, my smut version of "The Elevator" had me screaming and pulling my hair in frustration for a good 2/3 weeks it took me to write. Mostly bc it wasn't flowing how I wanted it to.

And that's what's happened with this one. I've written up until the first of two, possibly three smut scenes I have planned for this, and I'm stuck, forever on hold until my brain gets its shit together and gives me the words I want to write the beautiful scenes I have floating around in my head.

I'd keep going and just skip over that scene and write the rest of it out, but unfortunately I can't work like that. So, in the meantime, to make up for the lack of bang bang boom boom licky lick smut, I'll be working on my main fic and editing for the amazingly talented, beautiful Liza, or AmethystDragon as most (all) of you should know.

I don't know when the other chapters are going to be ready... I'm a horrible author, I know. Deal with it.

This fic is dedicated to my bae Roza (OakleysFangirl), to whom I promised a smut fic quite some time ago... Forgive me boo, for taking so fvcking long to upload anything worthy... hopefully I can get my sh!t together and get this thing done asap - or when it finally starts working the way I want it to.

*mutters at self for being lazy and procrastinating almost always*
