"Oh, hey! Long time no see, Y/n." Your best friend, Diana, stated.
"Haha... L-Long time no see. Saglit lang ah, may gagawin lang ako." You nervously stated as you pulled out your phone and did something.
(Translation: Haha... L-Long time no see... Wait a minute, I'm gonna do something.)
Sh*t, why is my army friend here?! Can this day get any worse?! Aish, why am I so unlucky?! I need to get Taehyung out of here, quick! You thought.
/On your phone/
To Mr. Alien:
Yah, it's me, Y/n. Leave this place immediately. I'll tell you the details later. It's an emergency, tell me your location later and I'll be there. I just have to take care of this person.
You sent it to Taehyung, not making any contact with him so you won't be suspicious of your army friend, Diana.
A while later, Taehyung's phone buzzed, meaning, he received your message. He then texted back.
From Mr. Alien:
What? Where do I go? Aish, this is too sudden. Alright, I'll be waiting for you. Be quick though, I don't know this place well.
You turned off your phone and took a quick glance at him.
"U-Umm... I'll go now. See you later, Y/n." He nervously stated and walked casually, trying not to be suspicious.
"Umm... Sino yun?" Diana asked you.
(Translation: Umm... Who's that?)
"Hindi na importante. Teka, isang araw lang tayong hindi nag-kita, 'long time no see' agad?" You laughed, trying to change the topic.
(Translation: That's not important. Wait, it's just a day since we last saw each other. What's the point of 'long time no see'?)
"Aish, huwag mong ibahin ang usapan, Y/n. Kilala kita kapag iniiba mo yung usapan. Sino ba yun, ha? Boyfriend mo ba yan, hmm?" Diana smirked as she nudged your arm.
(Translation: Aish, don't change the topic, Y/n. I know you well when you're changing the topic. Who's that? Is that your boyfriend, hmm?)
"Aish, wala akong boyfriend and wala akong balak magka-roon nyan ngayon. Mas importante ang edukasyon sa akin at alam mo yun." You denied as you rolled your eyes.
(Translation: Aish, I don't have a boyfriend and I don't have any intention of having one right now. Education is more important to me and you know that.)
"Aish, ito naman, masyadong protective sa ganitong usapan, hahaha. Yan ang dahilan kung bakit hindi ka nagkaka-boyfriend! Masyado kang bitter at pushy!" Diana laughed and those words hit you.
(Translation: Aish, this girl, so protective when it comes to this topic, hahaha. That's the reason why you don't have a boyfriend right now! You're too bitter and pushy!)
"You're too bitter and pushy!" That sentence echoed through your mind, a dozen times to be exact.
I'm... too bitter and pushy..? Is that who I really am..? Am I too harsh on Taehyung..? Should I be more... gentler to him..? So many thoughts have come to your mind after what Diana stated earlier.
"Aish, snap out of it, Y/n! Nag jo-joke lang ako kanina! Sheesh!" Diana stated as she pinch your arm.
