Chapter 17

Hinatas PoV
*monday morning*

Kozu woke me up and already made some breakfast for the both of us. We ate and talked about volleyball and Nekoma. He's worried that I'll get bullied at Nekoma too but I tried to tell him that I won't and if I will then I would just try to ignore it.

Honestly living with Kenma is really refreshing. I know I just moved in like 3 days ago but still. In this short amount of time he was just so gently, lovely, kind and protective. I'll never regret the choice of moving in with him. He was the best boyfriend you could've had. I couldn't ask for more.

After we ate, packed our things and dressed into our uniforms. We made our way to Nekoma High.

(Kenma got into first year for Hinata and they've most of their classes together, for Kenma to help Hinata with the school building, clubs, teacher names, students, etc.)

We walked into our first class and had to introduce ourselves, well I had to introduce myself 'cause everyone knew Kenma already due to the volleyball club. My math class surprisingly accepted me and a lot students actually liked me.

At the end of our day, we were on our way to volleyball training and I heard my name quite a few times. At first I thought they planned how to beat me up or some shit. After a girl approached me and told me that I'm like a living sunshine and that if I come into a room, doesn't matter how depressed the people are in there, I ‚light' it up and make everyone smile just by smiling. I got really happy that people here liked me and almost everyone wanted to befriend me. I don't know how I could even think of the chance that they would hate m- Oh right..karasuno gave me these thoughts.

We walked to the gym and changed into our sports gear.

After an hour of training coach Nekomata wanted to announce something and we had to sit in a circle.

„I don't know if you'll like the idea but we'll have a practice match against Hinatas past school: Karasuno. I know we just got Hinata on the team but I want to see how strong we are with Hinata on the team. The practice match will be in a week, you have enough time to practice with Kenma and maybe you could also create some quick or something how you used to do it with #9 from Karasuno."

He said the last part while looking at me and I just nodded, thinking if Kozu could actually be as quick as Kageyama and toss to me at minus tempo.

„Of course Coach Nekomata! I'll be practicing a lot with Kozu if he's alright with it!!" I told him with my real signature smile.

I saw a few people smile and a few hold back a smile but it still crept out.

We practiced really hard the next few days and with every day me and Kozu grew even closer. We started to practice 3 hours a day and after practice we would watch a movie and cuddle, we would make out if there was advertisement on the tv or just give a few pecks. I also learned that Kozu loved it when I was going through his hair while he laid his head on my lap or shoulder.

*the day before the practice match and after practice*

„Kozuuu, can we watch Harry Potter?" I asked with puppy dog eyes.

Kenma actually likes Harry Potter but we already watched it once and I don't think he would like to rewatch it.

„Of course Sho, let me just grab some popcorn and some soda from the kitchen." he petted my head and went into the kitchen afterwards.

I turned the tv on and searched for Harry Potter {A/N: I know that you don't really care but I really love Harry Potter :) } . When Kozu came in I stood up and he sat down, I plopped onto his lap and laid back. I clicked on the first Film of Harry Potter.

I was really sleepy at the end of the third movie and Kozus Hand in my hair didn't make me any more awake, if anything he made me more sleepy.

„Kozu, do you think we'll win tomorrow?" I looked up at him while asking. I was kind of afraid they would win and make fun of me again even if I'm not at their school anymore.

„Of course we'll win Sho, our new quick attack is nearly as good as the one from you and Kageyama. Plus Karasuno doesn't know how to block a quick attack from us 'cause they only played with it but did your old team ever practiced how to block it?" I shook my head no. „There you have it. If they figure out how to block it we still have Kuroo and Lev..even if Lev can't really spike.." he murmured the part with lev but I could still hear him.

I chuckled and gave him a gently swat on the arm. He gasped.

„What was that for?"

„That was for underestimating Lev, he's new to Volleyball. I was even worse when I started..I think..but look where I am now. Lev will improve, I believe in him and you should too!"

Kozu chuckled and gave me a peck on the lips.

„You can be cute sometimes Shouyo."

I looked into his eyes and saw pure love and care. I loved his golden eyes. For every other person they looked so cold and distancing but I only saw love and care in them.

„Your eyes are so beautiful Kenma..." I whispered and cupped his cheek with one hand. He leaned into my touch and gently kissed my palm.

„thank you, yours are really pretty too Sho."

I pecked his lips and looked him in his eyes again. I could stare at them the whole day, they're so beautiful.

„we should go to sleep, tomorrow will be a long and exciting day for the both of us but especially for you my sunshine " I gave him one of my biggest smiles and he kissed my nose tip. It tickled so I scrunched my nose. He blushed and carried me bridal style to our bedroom and laid me gently on our bed.

(A/N): I think I finally decided that I'll post at 8-9 pm. I honestly don't know how much more parts I'll post for this story but I already know what I want to write next, well I have two options. If you want to know and also decide with me let me know in the comments and I'll post an Author Note on Monday with some more information to the options I have when I finish this story. That doesn't mean that this story is already at the end. I actually have some more ideas for this story, I think there will be at least 10 more parts.
