One more thing I forgot to mention in the first chapter, was everyone's weapon class:
Asuna: Mage
Agil: Juggernaut
Kirito: Dual-Wielding Swordsman
Klein: One-Handed Swordsman
Lisbeth: One-Handed Mace-wielder
Silica: One-Handed Dagger-Wielder
Sinon: Archer
You: Dual-Wielding SwordsmanWhen you reached Bleak Falls Barrow, you immediately encountered some bandits who set up camp outside. They detected everyone in your group.
Sinon equipped her bow and started shooting, while you, Kirito, and the others rushed in.
Kirito and Klein attacked two of the bandits by the first flight of stairs, while Sinon took care of the archer up above. You rushed into the battlefield and took care of the third bandit while Asuna focused on healing everyone who needs help. Agil remained behind, as there aren't too many enemies to worry about. Lisbeth assisted you with a stronger bandit, and before you knew it, the fight was over."Great job! Check and see what the bodies have on them." You replied casually.
They did just that, and Agil found some heavy armor on one of the bandits, and handed his armor over to Sinon, who needs it more than he does.
"Asuna, I found a spell book here!" You said, handing it to her.
She read it and the book disintegrated. Everyone entered the catacombs and immediately, more enemies showed up.
"Here's the plan... Sinon, take them by suprise with a sneak attack. Once they notice you, we'll rush in and finish the job." You suggested, and she did just that.
She crouched down and took the first shot, loading another arrow before firing again, then they noticed her. Agil rushed in with his battleaxe and cleaned up the survivors. You picked the lock to a chest over to the right and handed Asuna another spellbook before continuing down the corridor. You then heard another bandit moving around further along the corridor and ordered Sinon to do another sneak attack. She did that, and as the bandit got up the stairs, you and Kirito sorted him out quickly. Sinon looted the body and kept the important stuff before carrying on down the corridor with the rest of the team.
Eventually, you approached some stairs leading to a lower section of the catacombs, where some Skeevers rushed at you. They were short work as you one-shotted them and carried on. You picked up some soul gems and read a book to increase your pickpocket, suggesting that the rest do the same.
They did, then everyone levelled up.
You increased your health and your light armor skill before carrying on further into the catacombs. After a while of walking, you came across a puzzle room.
"What's the answer?" Lisbeth asked casually.
"I know this. Kirito, turn the left one to a snake. Lisbeth. The middle one must be a whale." You said as you turned the last one to an eagle. Agil them pulled the lever and the gate opened up.
"How did you figure it out so fast?" Lisbeth asked curiously.
"I am an ex-beta tester, remember? Another thing... the answer lies in statues that face towards you. They won't always be obvious, but if you look at the surroundings, the answer will show itself." You said casually.
"Oh, cool. I'm afraid to ask, but what happens if you get it wrong?" She asked nervously.
"You'll get hit with a barrage of poison darts. They're relatively easy to avoid if you can move off the "X", being the location of the lever in time. They don't do a lot of damage if you have a good armor rating and a good amount of upgraded health though." You said nonchalantly.
"Good to know. Say, would you like to spend more time with us after this?" She asked casually.
"I'd love to, but my plan is to upgrade my smithing perk after this. I'd be more than happy to spend some time with you guys afterwards if you're up for it?" You suggested politely as the others gave Lisbeth strange looks.
