Gibbs and Jack were together at Gibbs's home, they were talking about all the things that happened in these last 9 months, all the things that Max made.
"I think that Max was right that night" said Gibbs "Which night?" asked Jack curious "One night he said that I was scared of loving someone and that I didn't want to open my eyes to see that I found the perfect person for me, it's incredible how can he fight until he make you see that he was right, he made a lot of things for us, he wanted to see us as a couple because he knew that we were made for each other, he understood in a few days a thing that we didn't understand in a long time" said Gibbs, he went near Jack and kissed her, they were both happy "Yesterday I talked with Max and he was so happy cause I said to him that I liked you" said Jack "Oh, I just remembered that he was supposed to be here one hour ago" said Gibbs "Maybe he's with his friends" said Jack "I think so" said Gibbs.
Jack and Gibbs continued to talk for two hours and suddenly the phone started ringing, it was Max, Gibbs answered and he heard gunshots, he was worried about all the situation an he called the team and they started to investigate on the past of Max and his mother.
