Ever since Shouto got into UA and started his classes, the trainings had lessened dramatically, from multiple times a day to only one, and Fuyumi was more than grateful for that.
But nonetheless, it was still painful every day to see her little brother get trained every day after school until midnight. if that wasn't bad enough, Shouto's state never really improved. Though his injuries had lessened around his body since their "father" didn't want anyone suspecting that his golden child was getting beaten up every day, it was still taking a toll on Shouto physically.
Fuyumi noticed all of it. How Shouto would only get a max of 4 hours of sleep, being too naseus to eat the whole day from the hundreds of punches Endeavor would throw at him, cramming to get all the schoolwork done. The list goes on. And every day he would still try to look as normal as possible, he is supposed to be the son of the Number 1 Hero after all.
As a sister who had taken the mother role since Rei was taken away, it was infuriating and depressing to see Shouto pretended every day. Pretend that he was 'fine', that nothing was going on at home, that the Number 1 Hero was this ideal father figure that children would look up to. So as the weeks went by, she had been secretly devising a plan to end it once and for all.

"Hey Shouto come here for a sec. You still have a lot of time before school starts."
Shouto turned around, maybe a little too fast, and had to hold on to the wall next to the door for support. After regaining his composure, he looked back at his sister.
"What is it sis?"
Fuyumi looked at him sympathetically for a moment before continuing. "You need to tell someone about this." She said in a serious yet worried tone.
Shouto rolled his eyes at the statement.
'You know that won't work. Do you need a reminder again as to why?"
Fuyumi knew all the reasons why it wouldn't work. Oh there were so many. Enough to fill 2 pages.
1. Who would believe the Number 1 Hero would abuse his family.
2. They had already tried millions of times in the past, all bearing no fruit.
3. If someone did have doubts, they would ask the abuser themselves, which would gain a response of denial, then a beating received by Shoto for starting all the commotion.
4. All attempts to getting evidence always had a lethal flaw that was too much risk to even attempt.
5. One more attempt and it could make Endeavor snap, and cause permanent damage, one action too irredeemable from the rest or word too harsh to bring division among the family.
The list goes on, but Fuyumi took this chance, knowing UA wouldn't just leave warning signs unatended, especially Shouto's homeroom teacher.
"Please, just try. Write your teachers a letter about him. We'll never know unless we try, right? And besides, your teachers are different. They know you. They know you wouldn't just make stuff up like this...."
At this point, Fuyumi had layed her head on her hands and began sobbing uncontrollably. Shoto saw her pain, and this was the main reason for him always accepting the punches and burns from him. He didn't want anyone else to experience the pain he went through, no one.
