Y/N POV:
Once every one had gathered around the marble kitchen, four of us each opened the folder notes labeled by room numbers up to four. Soph, me, AP, and McKenna, all opened one, grabbing random ones. I happened to grab the Cottage core one, AP got the Neon one, McKenna took the Dark Academia one, and Soph caught hold of the Sk8r one.
We started down the row of each one of us holding one of the four notes. Each note began with the same words and who was placed in each room, along with the hidden compartments and unique qualities of each room. AP began reading.
"Those placed in the Neon room are AG, McKenna, and Ella. There are small hidden compartments in the closets and next to the beds, along with LEDs lined along the bottom of the beds and shelves in the closet also." AG, McKenna, and Ella all looked at each other and smiled. I thought she was gonna be worried but relived that she actually seemed she would be OK in separate rooms.
Everyone stayed at the kitchen island, eager to see who got placed in to their rooms. We decided McKenna would go next and she started announcing.
"Those placed in the Dark Academia room are Mia, Miahua, and Y/N." I smile wholeheartedly and look at Miahua and Mia. "Special compartments include compact bookshelves that slide in and out of the wall. There is also a bay window a small staircase that leads to the ceiling, to a net that runs across the ceiling, and is strong enough to walk on, lay on, ect." I looked wide eyed up at the staircase, now clearly eager.
Soph and I were the only one's left by now and Sybil spoke for a minute.
"I was already informed on my letter, that since I'm the oldest, I would have a room to my self downstairs. I was given the job of making sure all of you are at least a little safe at all times." We all acknowledged the information and it took a second to process. After that was over, Soph asked if she could go next to announce the room placements.
"Go ahead, I'm not really waiting for anything." I said, trying not to sound pressuring.
"Those placed in the Sk8r room are AP, Avery, and Soph." Soph beamed as she read her name next to Avery's, then continued a moment later. " There are usable skateboards in this room, and the mirrors attached to the walls, slide, revealing a place to store your keepsakes." Soph finished reading the note as I did a quick analysis, whispering.
"Wait...but..." I counted everybody, memorizing who was placed in each room, and noticed that there were only ten of us. "Guys wait..what about the Cottage Core room?" I asked confused.
"What're we waiting for? The room is just upstairs. We could find out right now." AG said, noticeably eager also.
