He's a Poet

"Book Store"

I'm on my way to the book store, our meeting place. I will meet my boyfriend for 5 months, he's Jasper.

"Im late, need to rush."

I paid the driver and get out on the taxi, I went by riding a taxicab. I started to walk to the books store when I accidentally saw Jasper standing on the front door, looking at his watch. I ran towards him and I kissed his cheeks.

"Kanina ka pa?" I asked

" 'di naman, magkasunod lang tayo!" he whispered.

I noticed his hair are already dry, and the big bread that he's eating are almost less. So I guess, he's lying.

"Kakarating mo lang ba? Totoo?" I asked while raising my eyebrows.

"Sa totoo lang, kanina pa talaga. Almost 2 hours ako nag-antay sa'yo"

"Pero ba't sabi mo ngayon lang?"

"Para 'di ka madissapoint, para 'di mo sisihin sarili mo na nalate ka. Saka oras lang naman yun saglit lang yun, ang mahalaga kasama na kita!" he uttered.

He's totally a sweet guy, but do you know what makes him sweeter? His sweet words and romantic poems. His passion for being a poet, a reader and a writer. I totally fell inlove with him because of his works and specially because of being Him.

He was a famous writer, a year ago I idolized him so much, I messaged him every morning, sending him morning and night messages.

And... I confess what I feel, and I'm glad our feelings are the same. Now I'm his girlfriend, I'm lucky to have him in my life.

"Poem Compilation love?" I uttered.

"Oo Clarisse! Favorite poet ko 'to!"

"Sige bilhin natin, I love you!" I whispered.

"Sige!"

He's not a typical boyfriend, He's not saying I love you because he do actions.

Even he doesn't say that he loves me, he always makes me feel what love is. Jasper always sending me morning and goodnight poems that makes me more loves him.

He's not a typical guy who's surprising me by giving expensive gifts but he's suprising me by giving a book; his book.

"Ang mga mata mo ay parang tala.
sa t'wing tinititigan ko,
ako'y natutulala"

Did you think he's wierd? Yeah! he's totally weird, he's mysterious, but I love him.

"Ang ganda!" I whispered

"Mas maganda ka binibini, isang ngiti mo lang
puso ko'y nakikiliti"

He is so romantic, his precious words makes me fall inlove again and again. Sometimes I feel uncomfortable when I'm with him.

His always writing even in our dates, in school, in library, in our house, while talking and even while eating.

Jasper's full attention was focused on writing not me. But when his mouth speaks my heart started to filled by joy and happiness.
