He bought her and immediately got to work. When she was about two years old, the serum was ready, and her life would change. The serum he created would give the subject supernatural abilities. It would be different for everyone, who took it. For Xirin, hydrokinesis. Her abilities included controlling the water around her to create a shield, wings, or swords. At a very advanced level, she would be able to control the blood in ones body. Dr bestella would use her as a test subject every day, but all the while providing he with luxuries to coax her into staying with him. He knew he had created a monster. One he was planning to use against humanity. One he would use to become a god.
