Chapter 1

Atsumu's POV :

I looked up the ceiling and sigh. I squirmed around my bed, closing my eye many times. Trying to fall asleep. In frustration, I sat up and sigh out loud. Just the thought of him keep going to my mind.

"Why Sakusa? Why not Y/n? Why am I thinkin bout him but not her?" I sigh out loud. Just the thought of him had made my heart racing. I looked at the clock.

"1.30?" I sighed and flung my head back, hitting the bed board.

I looked out to the door.

"Should I?" I grabbed my shoes and my sweater.

"Sorry bro," I locked the doors and plugged in my AirPods, listening to my playlist. Walking down the stairs, heading towards the bridge where Sakusa and I had met at first, out of courts.

I leaned against the railing, watching the cars drive past the bridging. I looked up at the purple skies, feeling the breeze.

"Not asleep?" the weight of the railing became heavier, I felt strands of hair fell on me. I turned around.

"I always knew you were up to something," Y/N hand me over a milk box.

"Oh." I accept it from her and drank it slowly.

"The night is pretty, isn't it?" She chugged down her water.

"Not asleep yet?" She asked looking at me. I opened my mouth, guilty rushed up to my throat. I sigh.

"Mmm I don't think so," I said softly, as my heart began to pound faster. She looked at me suspiciously. I smiled innocently.

"Hmm, sure Mr Bee," she shrugged and looked away.

I'm sorry Y/N

My heart sank as I turned and look at her eyes. She reached out for my hand and smiled at me.

"I love you Atsumu," the words ring in my head.

"I.. I love y-you too Y/N, " I said hesitantly.

I lied.

I don't love you.

She blushed sweetly, causing me to build more guilt up to my throat.

How I wish I can be honest with her.

"Bye Atsumu! See you later in school!" Y/N waved at me. I turned around and gave a wave at her. Jogging back home.
