I'll start off by saying this is by far Al Pacino's best performance. From his voice to his movements he does great in this film. From his eyes alone you can tell what he's thinking or going through. Making us root for an unlikable character. Which is really hard to do. I love seeing Tony's rise to power from rock bottom and the drama he had to go through in the process. And how all that power can backfire on you. The style and music to this film is also really good. The action is also intense keeps you on the edge of your seat. Does that make this a great film like people say? No, but it is a really good film. My problem with the film was the pacing sometimes it did really good and others it sat on one shot too long. I could've used a little more action I know that's a weird complaint but there's times when characters just sit and talk which is fine I could've maybe used on more action scene to feel satisfied.
