The new president seams a bit suspicious much like Alma Coin did before Katniss shot he'd with a bow and arrow

Recently the new president has asked the victors from the 75th hunger games to return or at least the ones that didn't die in the second rebellion, rip Finnick you will always have a special place in my heart
