Quirk: None For All The user of this quirk is able to permanently copy quirks just by seeing the quirk in action adding it on to the quirks storage. It cannot be transferred likes all for one and one for all, it will randomly(only at this time) transfer to a quirkless when the original holder dies.(quirks that were copied by the previous users will be kept with the New user)
