[loud thuds coming down the stairs]
(Illumi was chasing after a rat which was a pet of his that he found around the place. He tends to chase after the pet if it pissed him off or just for fun. For this moment it was just for fun. Illumi used the pins in his hair. Putting three between his fingers and aiming for the rat. He wore a dress which made him look more feminine but this was all mostly that his 'mother' preferred a girl.)

[whoosh!]
(The pins goes flying out his hands cornering the rat around the corner. A bit frightened since the pins were close into impaling him through. The pins got stuck by the floor besides the creature which Illumi approached on.)

"Ha.ha." (Illumi let out a airy laugh. His emotionless expression showing across his face with a small smile curving up. Reaching over to grab the rat by it's tail and setting him down onto the counter. Poking it's cheek)

"I won." (Illumi said watching the rat scrunch up its nose a few times to show it was 'pouting.' Pressing his thumb against its fur and gently brushing it down before eyeing towards the window.)
"It's my birthday today, do you think I can go outside now that I'm old enough?" (The male said staring at the rat, letting out a small sigh. He pulled away from the counter and headed towards the dining area where he kept his sewing kits. Sitting down on the floor and beginning to sew on a moon shaped design on a cloth. He didn't know why but the moon meant something special to him. It felt like it was part of him. The lights he saw every year felt as if it was stars. Guiding him to a new reality. But it was all just a dream. A foolish thought of his. The world was a dangerous place after all. Illumi must not disobey. He must listen. Stay put. Stay safe. Make mother happy. But deep down he felt lost, confused, hurt. As if something was missing. Time as passed and he finished knitting the shape of the moon into the cloth. Setting it down on his lap. Staring at the designs for a while, and letting his fingers trail down the small details he added in. The rat approached by and climbed onto his shoulder after getting through his strands of hair. Looking at what he was staring at.)
"When mother comes home. I'll ask her to take me out to see the light." (Illumi said with a bit of hope glancing over at his pet and gently rubbing his finger ontop his head.)

[Meanwhile, there was a group, called the Phantom Troupe. Also known as the spiders. Their leader being Chrollo Lucilfer. They were known as thief's and stole what they wanted even meaning they had to kill.]

(A few of them were running up the castle roof top. Out of the guards view. A blonde male going by the name Shalnark watching out just incase they would need to evacuate. Hisoka, the red/pink haired magician was being tied with a rope around his waist while a female by the name of Machi made sure it was tight enough and well put to keep him balanced)

"Ouch~ could you be a little more gentle my lady~" Hisoka spoke in a flirtatious manner

(Nothing but silence and a glare from the female was given. All she wanted to do was complete the mission and move on. Hushing him up and opening the path they made months ago of planning on the roof top which Hisoka were to go through. Down he went, close enough to the crown that was for the eldest son. Reaching his hands out before he got ahold of it. Before he could tug on the rope to let them know to pull him up, he gave a whistle towards the guards that have heard nothing through the whole action, causing them to turn around quickly in reflex, their eyes watching how Hisoka was being pulled back swinging the crown side to side on his finger before he was out of sight. The guards begin to call for back up and to chase the thief.)

"Why did you do that for...!" The female with pink hair said annoyingly

Hisoka let out a shrug after passing the crown to shalnark who placed it onto a bag
"I don't know~ I like myself with some action...~" he responded with a small chuckle
