Nine

The days started passing quickly. I stopped thinking about the past and got busy with something new. Honestly it was Hobi's idea and I thought it was working. But the wound never really healed.

I had to prepare for college entrance exam. So I got busy with studies.

That day I spent the whole afternoon sitting on my desk. After one hour study session, I decided to take a break. The day was sunny, the beginning of spring. Why not go out for a walk?

I went out on the streets. I walked carelessly. Well, I enjoyed it and felt light for the first time in a while. I passed the empty streets and reached the park. I was walking around the lake.

The sky was clear and blue. There was light wind, clarifying the appearance of the spring. There was the smell of spring in the air which I love very much. I closed my eyes and inhaled. It was a different feeling.

Suddenly my gaze fell on someone. Him again.

He was sitting on the bench with his brother. He wore sky blue sweatshirt, he had his hood on as usual. He was looking at the view in front. I stared at him for sometime. And then decided to leave.

I was passing them. He didn't notice me. And I was glad that he didn't.

While passing I heard him saying, "I'll miss this view."

I looked back one more time.

Why did he say that?

Will he go somewhere?

Why should I care?

And I left.
