Yup That just Happened

Mia's POV

Beep.. beep.. beep.., goes my alarm when the clock strikes 6.

I rubbed my eyes and groaned. I sit up and... today is the day.. The day of my 14th birthday. I happily get out of bed and went to the bathroom to take my shower.

20 minutes later I got out and he cool air touched my skin so i quickly ran to my closet..

"Hmmmm, I wonder.. what would Ari wear..??" I said to myself.

"Aha. .!!" I said when i saw the perfect outfit..

I chose a white top with a black long ribbon with a checkered skirt then paired it off with a black Keds shoes. I Blow dried my hair and curled them.

I took my backpack and before I left, took a Selfie first.. lol.

So went down the stairs and to my surprise..

"HAPPY BIRTHDAY MIA..!!" My family and close relatives greeted me..

"Wow..! Thank you..!! I didn't expect this.!!" So over the top happy.. I kept looking around is Ari was there.. but she wasn't.

I was down for a moment but then I shouldn't be sad, I know she'll be here tonight. So i ate my breakfast with them and my uncle drove me to school.

While I was in the car I checked my hello kitty covered iPhone..

A lot of people greeted me.. I'm happy but still her name wasn't there.. can she at least greet me??

Finally arrived at school.. walked towards our classroom..

My friends greeted me and hugged me.. I'm still trying to put on a smile..

They admired my outfit of course.

They asked me about what me and Ari did.. and gossiped about celebrities and stuff.. When the bell rang. It was 7.30.

The room was in Chaos.. Everyone was hurrying back to their seats when we heard something on the speaker.

"Attention., Attention students." Our principle spoke.

"Good morning children, yesterday the faculty had a very important meeting after school, in relation to the bullying we encountered the other day.." she said with a very annoying voice.

Yeah I forgot.. someone got bullied here at school..

I think it was one of the school photographers or something,, wait I don't care.

"We will be telling you the new rules and regulations since it is our responsibility here in school.." and I said YES in my mind coz we won't be having class.

"But I will announce in the auditorium.. because I am quite sure that all of you would not pay attention.." spoke to soon.. great..!!

"in 10 minutes you will proceed to the auditorium, don't bring your bags just your heads.." What's that supposed to mean???!.

"Thank you and good day" she said then turned of the speaker.

Just as I thought I was gonna enjoy my birthday..

So 10 mins later my friends and I went to the auditorium which is next to the gym.

The student council officers guided the students to their respective seats.. most of the students were sitting on the left and right side where the bleachers were..and us 8th graders are in front! !! The stage was like just a few feet away.. great..! Just great!  Ill be forced to listen to her stupid announcement.This is a horrible day to celebrate someone's birthday..! Super annoyed right now.. but the auditorium looks nice and I nodded in satisfaction.
