budding student photographer 𝑅𝐸𝑀𝑈𝑆 𝐿𝑈𝑃𝐼𝑁 has always been one to stay out of the spotlight - much preferring to stand behind the camera rather than in front of it. troubled by a history of sudden and uncontrollable violence, leading to a string of expulsions throughout his school years, his life is only just beginning to piece itself together when his parents decide to file for divorce.
in an effort to avoid the imminent outburst, remus chooses instead to spend his days wandering the city streets with his camera, capturing the wonder which seems to be present in everyone else's lives but his own. that is until the day fate (and an oncoming storm) drives him through the doors of a tiny backstreet coffee shop and into the path of an enigmatic young barista with constellations on his skin and diamonds in his eyes.
