Ziya Baig didn't wish to marry that arrogant asshole. His arrogance had reached heights; the two shared nothing in common besides their last name. Throughout her existence, she was groomed to be the trophy wife to that discourteous man. Having a void in her entity, Ziya's despondency amplified as she grew up.

Her cousins teased her for no reason, and that bothered her. Ziya and him, who shall not be named, were cousins. In addition, their mothers were childhood best friends who promised their firstborns to marry each other.

"I can't describe how happy I am. They are going to be here with us in a few days." Safiha chuckled. The two best friends, now sisters-in-law, were pregnant simultaneously.

Their family has wholeheartedly accepted their decisions, and the little girl was engaged to him before she was even born.

Ayan Baig and Ryan Baig were born within the gap of three days. Maya promised that they would marry her off to Ryan when she had a daughter.

Two years forward to the birth of the boys, Their grandfather fell ill and passed away in his sleep. The two boys, attached to the hip with their grandfather, went gloomy.

The happiness of the Baig family was swept away until the birth of Little Princess. She was the apple of everybody's eye. The beautiful girl was the fortune of the Baig family. She was their little sunshine; ZIYA- light.

Her blue eyes were enchanting; their swirls of oceanic waves were alluring like honey to bees. They were cold, the calm before the storm. It was a sickening blue that pierced through his soul.

"No, you cannot play with her," he grumbled, pushing his hand far away.

"I will. She is my sister. My ziya." Ayan, three days older than the cantankerous boy beside him, bit back.

"But Mama said she is mine," he whined. Stomping his foot, he marched towards his chachi(aunt) and mama. "Mama, you said Zee is mine."

The ladies in their mid-twenties smiled, "Yes, Meri Jaan, she is yours, but not now. One day." his mother assured him cheekily, suppressing the grin while caressing his cheek.
