Shela, Aaliyah's mother knocked on her door waking her up. Aaliyah didn't wake up so she barged in.
Shela: Aaliyah! its six o'clock and you have to catch the bus in thirty minutes so I advise you to get up
Aaliyah: I'm up
Shela then went and woke up Noemi, Aaliyah's sister.
Shela: Noemi, get up you have to catch the bus in thirty minutes, and I'm NOT dropping you and your sister to school and the city bus DON'T wait for anyone
Noemi: OKAY mom, I get it
Shela: then GET up
Noemi: I'M UP!
Shela: DON'T raise your voice at me little girl
Noemi opened the door with an attitude
Noemi: happy?
Shela: drop the attitude or I swear I'll send yo ass to live with yo daddy
Noemi: it would be a DELIGHT
she said while heading to the bathroom
Noemi: atleast he's not a crack head
Shela: what was that?
Noemi: nothing
When Aaliyah and Noemi was ready they caught the city bus too their school. When they got to school they went their seperate ways
Noemi: have a nice day Senior
Aaliyah: have a wonderful day Junior
Noemi: I'll try
Aaliyah then went to her first period class. When she got to class her best friend Destiny saved her a seat next to her.
Destiny: I missed you
she said while hugging her
Aaliyah: cut that shit out, you just saw me yesterday
Destiny: I know, I know
A tall lightskin boy caught Aaliyah's eyes. She turned and looked at him and he smiled at her.
Aaliyah: he is cute
Destiny: who?
Aaliyah: that lightskin boy right there
Destiny: yea, he is
Aaliyah: I'll be back
Destiny: and were are you going?
Aaliyah: to go talk to him
Before Destiny could say anything Aaliyah was gone.
Aaliyah walked past the boy and looked at him.
Destiny: what are you doing?
she mouthed to Aaliyah
Aaliyah: you'll see
she mouthed back
Andre: I'm Andre
Aaliyah: I'm Aaliyah
Andre: I like your name
Aaliyah: thank you, so I can tell that your new here
Andre: yea
Aaliyah: where you from?
Andre: here
Aaliyah: you live in Brooklyn?
Andre: know I do, I used to love in the Bronx
Aaliyah: oh so you one of them bad boys
Andre: NOT necessarily
Teacher: Ms. Bishop, can you please STOP conversating with this young man, I'm ready to start my class
