Julie's POV

After the eventful evening it was time for Nate to go home and pick up his brother. So, I followed him to the door. And by the way, we didnot study at all we ended up talking and eating like pigs. And the strange thing was it was not uncomfortable at all, Nate blended in like a member of family and there was no akwardness in the air even after the little episode we had in the kitchen.

        Nate turned around and said

"Was that necessary?"

"What?" I told him confused.

"The prank that you pulled that might've resulted in me losing my balls I mean I've only done about 150 girls. I have a whole lot more to go." He said with a serious face and chuckled.

I ended up laughing. "Anyways" He said "Tomorrow my place not yours. Sorry but I can't take risks if I can't control myself. I dont mean that you are bangable, it's just that extreme situations call for extreme measures." He said with his signature smirk.

"Remind me to bring a sex deprived blonde bimbo at your house when I come." I said.

"You described yourself pretty well in that sentence." he said.

And before I could reply with a witty comeback he said "Laters baby", winked and was gone.

Wait. Did he just quote 50 shades of grey? Wow I never took him for the kinky novel kinda guy.

I went back to my room, changed into my pajamas and took the beautifully decorated diary and a pen in my hands. Yes, fellow citizens I write diaries. My mom had got me one in my seventh birthday and I used it until I was 14 and everything went crashing down and my life took an ugly turn.

I don't think I would write all those even though some say it relieves the pain. I dont want other people finding about that in anyway and pitying me.

I started writing diary again since Nate popped up into my life.
Dear diary, I wrote

Sometimes the person that is all happy on the outside is the same person who is breaking, crying and praying to escape the pain. I know this because I'm that person.

And the now I'm sure the Nate that puts up his act of being rude, cocky jerk is one who has suffered most pain. Sometimes I see the look in his eyes that are sad and hurt.

I hope one day he will trust me enough to share his pain and I hope that I can put up a smile on his face forever.

Now, I'm sounding like a hopeless romantic but I assure you that I'm not. I mean the jerk isn't even sure if we're freinds or not.

After pouring my emotions of the day in my diary. I drifted into peaceful sleep.

The next morning I went to school putting up a happy face and met up  with my Kate and Luke.

"Hey Jules. Where have you been lately?" Luke asked.

"With Nate. I failed on a maths test and the genius is going to tutor me afterschool for a week." I said.

"Now, thats surprising our nerd of a freind failed?" he said. I rolled my eyes.

"Anyways, we were just talking if you wanted to go to the hangout this weekend, we leave friday and come back saturday. What say?" Kate asked.
