I had been at work at the cash register taking orders. Once the rush was over, i thought I would finally have a break until two more customers came in. Both wearing black masks.

"Damn I could really go for some Vegemite and butter" I heard one say with a deep voice and an Australian accent. They both then laugh and walk up to the register.

"Hello! How are you today?" I say greeting them with a subtle smile.

Both looked at me then at each other before turning back to me.

"This our first time here"

"Okay thats fine. So right above me is the menu. We have burgers, hotdogs, grilled cheese, veggie sandwhiches and milk shakes."

"Okay well I'll take the cheeseburger. Could I get lettuce, tomato, mayo, and um... grilled onions on it please." As the one with the deep voice spoke, I put whats he asks for in the system.

"Ill take the same thing, but with medium chips"

"I want a milkshake as well. Hmm What do you recommend sweetheart?"

Almost battering my eyes, at the nickname the stranger had given me, I politely spoke.

"Well personally, I get the double stuff and ill add salted caramel to it. Its actually really good."

"Ok, well each take one, just like that."

After repeating their order back to them, I give them their total.

"Sounds great. That will be $35.07"

The one with the deep voice then hands me a 100 dollar bill.

As I am getting the change, Isaiah come up to me.

"After you are finished with our guest, you can go on break, baby." Isaiah said to me quietly, so no one would hear.

Without looking up at him, I nod.

"Ok your order number is 98 and your change is $64.93"

"Thank you sweetheart"

After they took their change, I make their shakes, give it to them, then clock out for a break. I then made myself a shake then go and sit at a table, pulling out my phone.

"Do they look familiar to you?" said the text on my phone from Isaiah who had been currently looking through the small window on the door of the kitchen.

"I don't think so" I replied to him. I then see him make an expression of relief as he goes back into the office.

As I was paying attention to my phone, scrolling through Instagram, A receipt had been slid on the table. Order number 98. Scrunching up my face a bit out of confusion, I look up and see that the two guys whose order I had taken earlier were leaving out the door. I then flip the receipt, and on the back was a note.

"Thanks for the shakes sweetheart. You were right, they are good. ;* F.L". Written in gorgeous handwriting.

Picking up the receipt, I took it to the office to show Isaiah.

"These customers are a mess." I say handing the receipt to him.

He then takes the receipt, reading it then chuckling.

After my shower, I had gotten into bed and look through Instagram. Nothing new. I then received a new follower notification from someone with the name Felix.Stagram (Made up cause I don't think he has a personal one)

The name made me raise an eyebrow as I had remembered the encounter I had with Felix from Stray Kids last week.

I then received a message from the same account.

"Hey sweetheart." The message read.

There is no way Felix from stray kids is texting me.

I was about to ignore the message until I received another one,

"The shakes were amazing. Ill have to come back and get another one before I leave."

OH MYYY GODDDDD!!!!

OK..... calm down. This could be someone trolling you.

"Stop trolling please."

"No one is trolling sweetheart. You don't think it's me?"

Intrigued, I contemplate what to say next.

"Lets Facetime"

Woahhhh..... Should I? What if this is some weirdo?

"Send your number."

"Why my number? We can Facetime on Instagram."

"That's shitty"

"...You give me your number"

Right after sending this, I immediately check myself in my mirror, making sure I didn't look too bad.

Checking my phone once again, I see he had sent the number almost 5 minutes ago.

Putting on my big girl pants, I click on the number and was given the option to Facetime it.

On the third ring, the call was answered.

I was in pure shock but tried not to show it.

"..Sup.."

"Hey sweetheart"

"How's it going?"

"It pretty well. The mates and I were just here talking about tomorrow's plans." He says, getting up and heading to a different room as someone speaking in Korean had been talking in the background.

"So, Kali, sweetheart, I think you are just stunning."

"Thank you. You are quite handsome as well."

"So was that your boyfriend earlier?"

"Who Isaiah? No that's my best friend."

"Oh, you guys look really close."

"Yea. We are. We have always been."

"Did you ever like him"

"What makes you ask that?"

"Well I just thought-"

"Whose that mate?" Said another person, cutting Felis off,

"This is Kali. Isnt she stunning?"

"Oh, the girl from the burger joint. Yea, she is."

"Thank you."
