"Harry! Padfoot is in trouble!" Cassandra exclaimed.
She had knocked on his dorm door.
"I know!" Harry said. "We have to go to the Ministry to save him."
The twins worked together to gather up Hermione and Ron before they ran to Umbridge's office.
"Alohomora." Harry whispered and he opened up the door.
The rest of them stepped inside and Ron shut the door behind them.
"Alert the Order if you can." Cassandra said.
"We'll go to the Ministry." Harry said.
He put the floo powder into the fireplace.
"Are you guys mental?" Ron asked. "We're going with you."
"It's too dangerous." Harry said.
"When are you going to get it into your head?" Hermione asked. "We're in this together."
"That you are." Umbridge said.
Cassandra's heart leaped out of her chest. Soon enough her and her friends were tied to chairs.
"If you touch Harry, I will kill you!" Cassandra said.
Umbridge laughed.
"Caught this one trying to help the Weasley girl." Draco said, pushing Neville into Umbridge's office.
He took a quick glance at Cassandra and his gaze softened, but only for a split moment.
"You guys were going to Dumbledore, weren't you?" Umbridge asked.
"No." Harry answered.
Umbridge smacked Harry on his face.
"Liar." Umbridge smiled.
"You sent for me, Miss?" Snape asked, walking inside her office.
"Yes, Snape." Umbridge said. "The time has come for answers, whether they want to give them to me or not. Have you brought the veritaserum?"
"I'm afraid you used up my stores interrogating students." Snape answered. "The last of it on Ms. Chang. Unless you wish to poison them, that I assure you the greatest sympathy if you did, I cannot help you."
Snape went to leave the room when Cassandra spoke up.
"He's got Padfoot!" Cassandra exclaimed. "He has Padfoot at the place where it's hidden."
"Padfoot?" Umbridge asked. "What's a Padfoot? What are they talking about Snape?"
