Marinette's pov....
Today starts a brand new day. As I woke up I saw that adrien was already up again in tears. I looked at him and he pulled me into his arms and hugged me.
I looked at him and started to talk to him.

Marinette " hey baby are you okay?"

Adrien" Im okay I just miss her smile. But every time you smile It reminds me of my mother's smile."

Marinette " hey I know your sad about your mother. But you should think about the good memories about her."

*Grace woke up and started to walk towards the living room. She saw adrien crying and went up to him and hugged him.*

Grace" dad are you okay?"

*Marinette kneeled down and smiled and started to explain to grace about Adrien's mother disappearance.*

Marinette" grace listen to me carefully okay. What I am about to tell you is very serious but before we meet you. Your dad's mom had passed away from a disease that they couldn't treat. It's her anniversary today for her being passed away for two years now."

Grace" oh no dad. Im really sorry. Well mommy is right she is in a better place now. She isn't in pain anymore rught mommy?"

Marinette " you are so right. That is a good thing for her. She is resting safe and happily in heaven. I think the best thing that would really make her happy is that we celebrate her memories and her life today."

Adrien" your right. But I still miss her a lot though. I know that may seem a bit sudden but I really do. She was everything to my dad and I. And yet she left just like that. It was like she wasn't even around you know. Im really sorry about this Marinette. I know you don't want to hear me talk about this.."

Marinette " adrien im not mad about you talking about your mother. I know you still miss her being around. But all I am saying is that she is happier and better than she was when she was plugged into the machine."

Marinette pov again...
As I left adrien to think about what I said. I looked and started to play with grace. Eventually adrien came to join us and grace smiled and hugged him. Which I know that made him feel better. I smiled and giggled some more. As we all stopped grace started to speak to adrien..

Grace" hey dad?"

Adrien" yes grace?'

Grace " dad i made this for you and mommy. I hope you like it."

Grace hands him a piece of paper with her drawings on it. He starts to smile and tears fall from his face. Marinette looks at him and realizes that he was finally happy. The way his reaction was pretty amazing.

Adrien" thank you grace. This is very beautiful but I have one question? Who is the beautiful lady in the white dress?"

*Grace smiles and responded to her dad's question.*

Grace " dad that is grandma. Doesn't she look beautiful in her white dress. At first I thought it was a bit werid but now she looks so beautiful."
