Clem's pov
As soon as I saw the note from Violet I instantly knew where she wanted to meet. We've been hanging out after dark on the roof the last couple weeks, it's calming. Plus it means I get to spend mire time with her.

I head to my room and grab my phone to text Louis, I'm thinking about telling him about my minor crush on Violet. I know it seems like a dumb idea but he can be really helpful when he decides to.

C: I need to talk to you
L: hope I'm not in trouble ;)
C: Only if you give me a reason to.
C'mon it's important
L: On my way now. You in your room?
C: Yeah. Where else. Also you're the best! :)

5 minutes later Louis knocks on my door and I let him in.

"What's up Clemmy?" He says, trying to annoy me I'm guessing.

"I told you to stop calling me that. And nothing's wrong. Least I don't think so." I say with slight worry in my voice.

He sits on the chair at my desk and looks at me seriously. "Okay. I can see this is big. The way you're talking is, I don't know, weird?" He says as he stares in my eyes.

"So. Um, this is pretty big. But I, um I think I've got a bit of a crush on-"

"On Vi?" He asks as he rolls his eyes and stands up. "Before you say anything. It's obvious. Honestly, I'm surprised she hasn't figured it out yet. Also its a lot more than 'a bit' if a crush"

"Hey! Stop that. I need to know if I should tell her or not." I say feeling a bit embarrassed.

"Obviously you should tell her! She clearly likes you back. I mean have you seen the way she looks at you?" He says as if I just said something dumb.

"I mean I'm usually busy looking at her." I admit while a blush creeps up my face.

"Do you genuinely like her Clem?" He asks as he goes back to being serious.

"I. Well yeah I do. I don't know what it is I'm feeling, but I know I wanna keep feeling it." I say as I think about violet and realise that I've probably kept her waiting long enough.

"There you go then. Go get her." He says as he holds out his hand to help me up.

"Thanks Lou. Seriously. Knew I could count on you to help me." I say as I take his hand and hug him as I stand up.

"I've kept her waiting long enough I think. I'm gonna go see her now. Seriously, thank you. You're the best. I mean that." I say as I leave the room and head towards the roof.
