That Better Now?

"you missed a bit over there"
"really?"
Micheal pointed over to Jeremy's left.
"Just there!"
"I don't see it"
"then just keep painting till I say stop."
Jeremy dipped his brush into the pot and clung onto the ladder as he leaned to the left.
"just here?"
"yup, just there."
Micheal watched as Jeremy painted over a completely opaque area of the wall. He had not in fact missed a spot.
Instead Micheal watched Jeremys ass sway backwards and forwards as he painted over the imaginary blip.
"it okay now?"
"hmmm..... Not quite. Just a tad more."
Jeremy sighed and kept painting.
He couldn't see how he had missed it. They'd gone over the whole room so many times.
Well... Jeremy had painted. Micheal just seemed to stand at the bottom of the ladder and look up at Jeremy.
He couldn't tell what Micheal was looking at. From that angle it wasn't like you could see anything but his ass--- oh.
"Micheal?"
"Uh huh?" Micheal dazed over.
"Are you.... Looking at my ass?"
"...
No?"
"Right because you've not helped paint at all and you've just stood at the bottom of the ladder making me paint more and looking up."
"I PAINTED THAT SPOT THERE!"
Micheal flung his hand over to a patchy blue corner that looked like it had been painted with a spoon.
Jeremy tried.
"yes, and well, it's lovely, really, but like... I did the rest."
"But that spot."
"Yes, you did that... Artistic spot. But, you gotta tell me the truth bud, were you staring at my ass this whole entire time?"
An awkward silence hung between them.
"maybe..."
Jeremy looked down at Micheal and wiggled his bum.
"You good now?"
"no."
"it's very lucky for you that I'm not really in the mood for painting."
Micheal stared at Jeremy with confusion.
"what."
"I said I'm not in the mood for painting. And it seems neither are you."
This had never happened before. Micheal took the enicitive. It was never Jeremy.
Micheal could only stare at Jeremy as he swaggered down the ladder.
"Jeremy-"
"shhh"
Jeremy cupped Micheals face in his hands. He put them around Micheals head and played with his hair.
"this better now?" Jeremy teased Micheal.
"yeah but-"
"shhh"
Jeremy spun Micheals hair around his finger and pulled him into a deep kiss.
"that better now?"
"perfect."
