Detention with Draco (part 2)

He smiled at me and all I knew was I was sitting there on the floor awestruck. He was here, really here.

I pulled myself up from the floor and looked at him for a moment, he was dressed in an all white suit and he looked as handsome as ever.

"Draco" was all I managed to say when I ran to him with tears in my eyes and hugged him so tight with him returning the gesture. I buried myself into his chest to get him closer to me. "I missed you baby" I heard him say.

I looked up at him and the tears had started to run down my face I was so overwhelmed and happy to see him. "I missed you so much, I didn't think I would see you, how did you get here?" I asked "I used a portkey, mother allowed me to come thinking it was just Blaise here, to be honest I'm only here for you, sorry Blaise" Draco said looking up at Blaise but Blaise didn't take offence and just laughed.

"don't cry baby, I'm here now, and I have presents for everyone" Draco said as he used both his thumbs to remove the tears from just under my eyes.

I pulled away and he gave me a quick kiss before he grabbing the bag that he had the presents in and brought it over to the tree.

"So Blaise I got you that Muggle album that you wanted, I felt dirty buying it so you better appreciate it and a new quidditch set because you last one broke" he passed Blaise the flat pack and box of quidditch gear to Blaise and he smiled real wide. "thanks man" "and Destiny, I don't really know you but you seem cool even though you are gryffindor" he looked like he flinched at the thought of that but put it away when he looked at me. "but you're close to Y/n and Blaise so I got you a bike, I don't know what stuff you like but I know you like those weasley twins so it turns into a three person bike. But don't you dare say it was from me you got that" he threatened "OMG this is so cool thanks Malfoy" she didn't even care that he threatened her infront of all of us and started playing with the features.

"and for you" he smiled largely at me and grabbed the two boxes left in the bag "I'll let you open them" I shyly grabbed them from him unwrapped them. Again they were in one of those boxes that help you manoeuvre large things and out came firebolt the same as Harry's "Draco you did not!" I looked at it completely mesmerized I had wanted to play quidditch as a career and with practice and this I might be able to do it. "are you serious, this is amazing, I can't believe you got me this" I ran over to him and kissed him.

"yeah yeah whatever, anyways you still have one more" he scratched the back of his neck shyly as I thanked him "oh right" I saw the next one and this one was quite large as well.

I opened it and there was a black telescope with gold trimming that had all the features Muggle telescopes don't and I nearly cried again "Draco..." I looked at it and then up at him "you remembered" my mind went back to when I said that astronomy was one of my favourite things in the world in the astronomy tower where we spent the night looking at the stars and talking all night.

"of course I did" he said to me and I lifted my arms so that he could pull me up to him. He grabbed my arms, pulled me up and I hugged him again. "I love you y/n" he said in my ear and I snuggled into him to show my thanks.

"thank you so much Draco, I love you too"

"ok we get it, he got you nice presents and we got you books let's go eat so I don't feel bad for being a Shitty friend" Blaise interrupted and lead the way into the dining room.

Draco and I were still in eachothers embrace as the other two left "I'm so happy you're here I missed you so much, I wanted to reply to your letter so bad but I knew it would be hard for you, are you ok, when do you have to leave?" I asked looking up at him. "always so many questions, I'm staying the night here, Blaise's parents are somewhere else for the rest of the week so he has the place to himself that's why he invited us, where are you staying tonight? You should stay here" I blushed at what might come from staying the night here with him. "I was going to stay at Destinys but we can see if she wants to stay here but anyways those two are probably hungry so let's go eat" I kissed him once more and grabbed his hand as I lead the way out of the room with Draco behind me.
