Clockwork

She woke up. Her eyes were bloodshot and sore, her face was red and she was uncomfortable. She got up and walked around, aimlessly. She ran her sharp nails along the tiled walls, creating a cringe-worthy noise. She turned, hearing Splendor waking up and ran out of the door, back to the other mansion.

She climbed through her bedroom window, hoping that she didn't wake anyone up.
She heard shuffling and groans from outside of her room, and then loud banging from next door. She walked out of her room and threw open her door. Jeff and Jane were fighting; again.
"OI! KNOCK IT THE FUCK OFF!" She yelled. They looked at her and they stopped.
"What the FUCK happened this time?!" She asked, clearly agitated.
"Nothing that is your business." Jane said coldly.
Jeff shot a glare at her, but before she knew it, she was pinned against the wall by a pretty pissed off Slenderman.
"Slendy." Hayley growled, which made him hesitate.
He stepped away from Jane and turned to Hayley.

"Yes, child?" He said finally.
"Let her go. If she doesn't wanna tell me, that's fine." She said softly, making his shoulders sag and him look at the floor.
"Very well. Come to my office later, I have some news for you." He said, growling slightly.
She nodded and turned to Jeff and Jane.
"Anyone wanna go shopping?" She said with a smile. They both nodded and they heard a voice behind them.
"C-Can I c-come?" It was Toby.
"Sure!" She said, her smile widening.
After everyone else was ready, she grabbed Alex's bank card and a slip of paper that had the pin on it. They went to the mall, trying on various outfits, accessories and general bits of clothing.
Hayley found a perfect outfit and decided to try it on. It glided off of her curves, floating outwards. She went to show the others, her hair falling in front of her face. She swept it up and to the side, out of the way and strutted to the others, twirling.

Jane squealed and Hayley saw a smiling Trenderman behind them.
"I had a feeling you'd show up at some point." She said harshly, walking towards him.
He looked at the floor and back to her, all traces of his smile were gone. She looked up at him, eyes reflecting anger. The others looked at her. No one had stood up to any of the brothers, without violence, until now. He looked into her eyes and pulled her close.
"Let go of me." She said bluntly. He didn't let go, so she ducked quickly, bringing one knee up to his crotch and her other foot, hitting him in the face.
He doubled over, and she flipped out of his grip.

She paid for the outfit that she was wearing, changed into a spare outfit in her bag and walked back to the mansion.
She walked to Slenderman's office and she saw him with his head in his hands. She placed her hands on his shoulders and gently massaged them.
He turned his head towards her and swallowed hard.

"I have some news for you..." He said quietly. She nodded.
"Okay... What's going on..?" She asked, her voice was soft and her breath caught in her throat.
"You're going to an all wolf school...." He looked away from her as her body stiffened, taking in the information.
"I'm... what?!" She exclaimed, horrified.
It was his turn to stiffen. He nodded slowly, indicating to her that what he had told her was true.
Her shoulders sagged and she sighed.
"Please tell me that I don't have to stay in a dorm..." She said with a groan. He chuckled softly but shook his head.
"No... you don't." He said with a small smile.
"But there is a uniform.." He hesitantly told her.
"Are you fucking kidding me right now?!?!" She shrieked, horror lining her eyes,
"I know..." He said softly, his long fingers playing with the tips of her hair. He continued to play with her hair and she relaxed.
"Please don't tell me it's bright pink..." She groaned.

He chuckled and she went bright red.
"I'm just pulling your strings, child. There's no uniform." He said with a laugh.
Her eyes darkened and he gulped. She dived at him, pinning him to the ground and tickling him. Soft laughs escaped and she giggled. Her eyes glistened with happiness and he pulled her close. Slendy savoured the moment with Hayley before letting her go. She didn't move. Instead, she laid her head on his chest, the beating of his heart, calming her.

The door was flung open, and Hayley could hear crying.
She wrapped her arms around Toby tightly.
"What's wrong, Toby..." She asked softly, wiping his tears and embracing him tightly.
"H-he got h-her. He g-got C-Clocky!!" He cried in anguish. Hayley growled, her face contorting in rage.
"He.. What?!" She said, anger slowly rising in her voice...
Devon was taking over.

She went to the weapon room and got her knife and bow

She went to the weapon room and got her knife and bow. She let her demons take their human forms and growled.
"What do we do?" Asked the careful voice of a girl with pitch black hair and white eyes.

"We go to him

"We go to him." Hayley said bluntly. She walked through the forest, slowly and cautiously, looking for the portal.
Toby was following her. She didn't stop him, instead, she clutched his hand tightly. He smiled and guided her to a swirling black portal. The portal. She felt a hand on her shoulder and she turned her head.
She felt Slenderman hug her. She hugged him back and walked through the portal without hesitation, her demons and Toby following.
She knew the place... she had been there before. It was then that she saw him. Zalgo. She drew her knife and charged at him silently.
"Hello, my beautiful niece." He said, his voice curling with a distant longing.
"I'm no niece of yours. You lost the privilege to call me that when you supplied Alex with the tools he needed to kill my mother." She said bitterly. She swung high, her knife slicing through his arm. She flipped over him, firing a poison arrow at him. He caught it, but he was shaking. He was crying.
"Finally regret the shit you put me through, Zalgo?!" She yelled.
"Have you finally realised that you had another choice?! You didn't have to help him!" Her voice rang through the depths of hell and he nodded.
"Where is she!" Moon asked walking towards him.
"Lower cells." He cried, blood dripping down his face.
She took Toby's hand and ran to the lower cells and began to look for Clockwork, leaving Hayley to deal with the 'family' dispute.
Hayley's face was wet with shedded tears and her eyes were dark; haunted, like she had lost something that she cared deeply about. She clutched her knife tighter, feeling her knuckles turn white. She growled.
"Haylanna...." Zalgo said softly but she shook her head.
"DONT CALL ME THAT!! THATS NOT MY NAME!!"
She screamed, her voice breaking.
His knees shook and she ran. She fled to the lower levels and hugged Clockwork tightly.
"We should get out of here..." Clockwork said quietly.
Hayley nodded and teleported them out of the dimension and to the mansion. She walked weakly to Slenderman's office and knocked.
She staggered inside and hugged him with all of her strength.
She eventually passed out and he laid her on his bed gently, kissing her forehead and wrapping her up, so that she was warm enough, against the winter chill.
